EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

I have 10c off per litre for a $30 spend in SA as a targetted reward

For me, $5 offers for 50 points is far more attractive, purely because I don't do the shopping in our house (Dad/Mum do, and Dad has his own EDR card). As a consequence spending $30 at woolies is quite difficult...
Well that is shame but makes sense. Mum and dad are not interested in bonus points/airlines points/miles but have helped me out over the past couple of years.

Mum was reluctant at first but now I just tell her the offers for the week and which account and she decides if she needs anything then she will buy it. :)

IKey points are making sure you activate the offer (I do it twice) and meet the conditions of the offer,

I will confirm that I have had bonus points posted from a targeted offer, did the spend first, then activated the offer..... Yes that's right, activated after the spend, but still got the bonus points...

BTW the offer was a 2x offer at Big W

Was actually surprised the bonus points posted, yet another small step in yet another JASA :D

Got my first midweek offer for a while. 150 points for spending $20 at Big W on DVDs, Bluray, Sporting goods and Confectionery. Can be redeemed only once. Might see whether I get anything starting Monday that I can stack with this. I don't need any of these items but I may be able to use some of these for gifts.

Similar to my wife's midweek offer received 2 hours ago, except for us it's 200 points for $50 - damn, we've been spending too much there lately :o. Have already given them feedback that with all the recent purchases (mere coincidence that our last 3 purchases have been DVD's & BlueRays, Golf Balls and Chocolates) the hurdle is too big for us this time.

Mine is with the same products, just a different $/pts mix:
$30-39/100
$40-49/150
$50+/250
I guess after exercising we can sit in front of the TV and eat chocolate?

Some strange offers this month

Brother - 150 Bonus points for $40 spend across fruit & vegetables, meat, deli, seafood and bakery
Dad - 50 Bonus points for $5 spend on baby care (really strange offer for a 74 year old )
Mum - Tiered dishwashing liquid offer of 50/150 bonus points for $10-$14/$15+ spend (i think already overstocked)
Mum - Save up to 70% off major brands at Door Buster

No mid week offers. Should be an easy 150 bonus points this week....

A question for people with multiple shoppers in one house..plus some general questions

How do you receive the targetted offers? I get them by email but can SOMETIMES access them via the Iphone app.

I am pretty sure that unless I have them by email already they aren't going to show up on the app.....ie I have had email offers that don't show up on the app but not app offers that haven't come by email. Any comments please?

Can the EDR targetted offers be accessed via the EDR website? I have had a hunt around but cannot find any reference. Forgive me if I haven't looked properly

I have had three regular spenders over the last three weeks. One long established one that gets regular offers. Only one of the new spenders have had targetted offers. Can anyone else please recount their experience with more than one shopper in the house.

Does anyone else use one app on one phone to track multiple shoppers and ??multiple targetted offers? I am finding this rather unsatisfactory...see above. Plus it has now stopped me logging into two of the accounts. I have deleted the app and will start again.

Any advice gratefully taken. Thanks in advance

95% of the time I receive the offer by email first and the app updates itself at some stage after that. I think there has only been 1 occasion where the offer was in the app and not emailed.

as for missing bonus points. I am 95% sure that I missed a week's bonus points.
So now I am keeping much better records and receipts until they are credited.
I must say that once you start to doubt the system it makes playing along that bit harder.
After all a few hundred or so points a week is nibbling at the edges of many of our point "needs"

....but those few hundred points soon become a thousand and then become a few thousand. I have set myself a goal of a minimum 30,000 points this year......certainly worth something!

I receive the emails for all 4 accounts. They all have individual email addresses that I created but it is much easier the emails going to the one account. ;)

I take that back. I have now read the T and C. Bonus points can take up to 7 days after THE END OF THE OFFER PERIOD. I was getting too eager. Sorry to WWEDR
