If you have a Woolies gift card that is close to expiry go and buy another one at a Woolies store and pay for it with the close to expiry gift card (after scanning your everyday rewards card through). No loss and 470 points gained if that works per $500 card. My colleague did this the other day while I was swanning around overseas on Qantas points.
If this fails remember it wasn't me who told you.

How does this work? You cannot get points for the purchase of gift cards.
"The purchase of a WISH Gift Card, Essentials Card, Groceries Only Card, Store Gift Card or the issuance of a Returns Cards is not a qualifying amount for any fuel savings offer or Qantas Frequent Flyer Points issued through the Woolworths Everyday Rewards Program."

Thanks for your post yo yo ma. Later this month I will get my colleague to see if he scored points on it because the EDR bar code got blipped on that gift card transaction.

Cheers. I'll start driving with a heavy foot?

Haha. I've been known to switch from 95 RON to e10 when I have a large value voucher. Overall cost is about the same, and the car runs just fine on e10, just the range is shorter due to increased consumption on e10.

For 8cpl or less vouchers I stick to 95 fuel as the longer range suits me better.

Maybe you could do the same?

My car is diesel!

If anyone needs some spend at Woolies and likes lamb, they have $10 off full legs which you can buy online click and collect, the trick is they only have the half legs online, but have applied the $10 off anyway, last time I did this we got four legs each marked in the vicinity of $22-23 (it's a minimum weight but you don't pay for product going over via click and collect) for $33 or $8 each.

No offers for us today but we've had a good run in the past two weeks so I didn't expect anything amazing. We still have the last week of my partner's Easter gift card offer with a required spend of $50. As we have a party coming up soon, this spend shoud be fairly easily achieved.

Mum - Fresh meat offer of 200 bonus points for $20 spend

Unfortunately she bought 3-4 legs of lamb yesterday to ensure we made $200 spend for the 30c fuel voucher on my accoint and also ensure the $135 spend for week 2 of 3 was met.

Still good to see the offers return....

The offers are quiet for me so far.
Still working on the spend $135 for 3 weeks,
But really I am a loyal customer without too many incentives.
My turn please!

Good luck. We're in the same boat. Loyal without offers ....

I failed to spend the required $50 on my daughters card, so there goes $15 giftcard (not that I am too concerned).

No offers this week. We did do an online purchase last night on my card, which is processed today, so this might trigger something in a couple of weeks.

200 points for $20 of fresh meat (as opposed to non fresh meat). Great timing as tonight is pork roast.

It has been along time between points offers , but i am starting to feel a bit of love again.

No offers this week but on top of the $100 x 3 weeks spend for a $20 voucher we did receive the 200/200/200/400 offer and I did earn a nice 2,000 points over the weekend buying 4 bottles of scotch. Coupled with 2 x 30c petrol vouchers on our 2 cards, it hasn't been a bad month

I will be expecting something either Wed or next weekend though:mrgreen:

Brother - Shop again soon offer of 200 bonus points for $50 spend

Quite happy to be receiving these offers but will be difficult to achieve as we already have one week to go of the $135 spend for $30 gift and 200 bonus points for $20 fresh meat. Need to see how to fit this one into the jigsaw.

Buy $ 50 of tin stuff that you use anyway and put it in the cupboard
