EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

No offers this week it looks like it's time to delink my wife's card from my account.

Are we talking about the fuel voucher links?

Mine have been linked for years, and we used to get bucket loads of points. Not anymore though...

Beginners question Shintaro how do you keep track of which card is linked to which offer when you're at the checkout?

Just remember the last three numbers of the card to be used, and what the offer is for... Using self serve terminals allows you to do your own thing, buy this with this card, and that with that card...

All done on a discounted wish card of course:lol:

I used old fashioned methods. When I write my shopping list I make a note of which card to use on the shopping list and a brief summary of the offer.

I use a combination of these...use "Notes" on iPhone for offer (or have the emails on iPhone ready to view) and a shopping list (deleting as I go). Self serve if appropriate (multiple offers), otherwise "Less than 12 items" line, finally the main queues.

You're lucky if you have multiple offers across family cards shintaro10x and rainbowgirl. Maybe it's time for my kids to grow up quickly ;)

Delink the cards, change your children's ages to over 18 and contact EDR by phone to complain about the lack of offers on your primary account.

To be honest I have been disappointed with most of EDR's offerings as of late and have been shifting purchases to Flybuys.

Got a$10 meat offer, but only 100 points.

Delinking my wife's card - risky, could be first move in divorce :?:

6 family cards and no offers!
Just out of interest have you provided negative feedback to Woolworths about Everyday Rewards and their offers?

The offers keep rolling in for our 4 cards and I cannot keep up with the offers. Have never provided any feedback and activated every single offer even if not every offer has been used.

Morning JohnK. Have never provided negative feedback. Have activated and used most if not all offers.. Maybe they see our regular spend and think we're tied to Woolies, not realising we spend way more at Coles now because of their better and more regular offers.

Well I hope the negative feedback doesn't cause any problems, as I have just left a polite note via the 'Contact Us' that I would appreciate some sort of offer after almost 3 weeks with no offer :). I'd take a 100 points for $10 of meat offer gladly at this point.
My only experience prior to this with customer service was excellent, having contacted them about not receiving a bonus fuel discount offer after a valid spend I was credited with the discount the very next morning which I thought was excellent.

My other thought is maybe I need to shop around a few more of their stores, as I tend not to hit up BWS or Big W.

I provide feedback when I get another useless petrol voucher, or the spend is too high. Often end up with a quiet week or two, but then the offers come in again...

Brother got 200 points for $50 spend at WW.

Might use it. Another Cellamasters 1000 point offer taken up last night.

100 bonus points for $10 of meat on my account. Nothing on the other family member accounts. Meat offer should be easy to achieve.

I thought you had adult children for the EpiQre and Cellarmasters offers? ;)

For once I am between fuel-cards and have complete silence in the inbox. Even when I give negative feedback I still get fuel offers... come on, I need 80 litres of diesel and the points to go with them!

Re: Qantas FF and Woolworths create new loyalty alliance

Just received an offer for 200 bonus points for a $25 spend on fresh meat. It's the first non fuel offer I've received in a long time. I did just update my profile, I wonder if that triggered the offer. Regardless, I'll be taking it up.

A family member got a meat offer starting tomorrow. 100 bonus points for $15 worth of meat. This account recently had the $10 meat offer for 100 points so the target has gone up. We might take this up or we might ignore it due to the target increase. I'll have to see what's on special after taking up my meat offer mentioned earlier.

Just received offer of 150 points for $20 spend on seafood. Previous bonus offer 1 month ago was 100 points for $10 on seafood. EDR obviously thinks I like seafood. Have activated, but may not take up the offer. $20 is a lot of seafood for one person.
