EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

My Big W toys offer was 300 points for $75.

It's a bit higher than I want but it might be worth it seeing it covers certain other departments apart from the toy department. I like the fact that I have until July 10 to make the purchase. It gives me time to think about what I want and do some research. I'll also get a chance to compare other offers from Big W and Target. It would be nice to stack multiple big W offers like I used to do all the time last year.

I also received double points from Thursday through Sunday this week

Received two offers for extra points after I think a nine month break!

1) double points for 4 days starting tomorrow
2) 150 points for $10 spend on fresh food for next week starting tomorrow at Woolworths

Surprised I got anything. Maybe a start back on the points offers after complaining about fuel offers which I don't need or use.

Just got a four days of double points starting from Thursday...
Same, same.
Received the double points offer yesterday

Also today spend $50 at Big w Toy spectacular and get 500 points

The fine print states

"Offer is available on all immediate and layby purchases from the toys, books, DVDs, blu-rays, video games, consoles, kidswear, nursery and bedding departments. Offer excludes selected purchases including smoking/tobacco products, gift cards, BIG W Vision, DVD Kiosk purchases, selected services and selected online purchases including BIG W Photo and BIG W Movie Rental Gift Card"

May have to look at some sheets or towels
1000 points for $200 spend as per T&Cs above.

Might manage that with the layby option.

Brother - 4 days of double points at Woolworths

Won't be able to manage as there are better offers on other cards.

No I am not single my husband uses my spare card. Would it be better for him to get his own card? One son is still at home, if I sign him up can the emails come to my email account, even if my email has a card already? Can I direct the points straight to my QFF?
Apologies again.

I would sign up your husband to Everyday Rewards and any children as well. Recycle the use of the cards to ensure they get good coverage of products purchased. Sacrifice small amount of points occasionally in the hope offers increase.

As for points they will go to the individual account holders but if you wanted the points in your account this would not be difficult. Once a year transfer child's 1 points to child's 2 then transfer child's 2 points to husband then transfer husbands points to your account.

Oh, and you can have all the emails arrive at the one email address as I have done with my parents and brother. Much easier to manage.

Thanks JohnK for your suggestions.
I will be signing up all family that I can. The males in my family are not good shoppers, so it would be best to get the emails sent to mine.

Same here and the toy offer too. Can't understand how we fit the profile re buying toys?

I'm assuming the double points and toy offer (although the latter has varying spend amounts it seems) are pretty much general offers. Did anyone not get them?

I got the double points and a meat offer. No toy offer though. I'm not sure if I'm surprised I didn't get the offer as I'm a few weeks away from giving birth and have bought baby items from both Big W and WW recently. Also joined their Baby and Toddler program which I would have thought would have ticked some boxes for that offer, but perhaps that's too obvious for EDR!!!

I don't think there's much logic then to the targeting of this Big W Toy Offer, unless it's at people who don't spend much there. I've only bought one thing in the last few months (a DVD box set) when they had a points offer for over $30 spend. I've certainly never bought toys there.

(PS good luck with the baby!)

I got the double points, 200 points for $20 canned fish, 700 points for $150 on Toys at Big W.
Already claimed the canned fish one.

Offer on the Coles receipt (docket deal) of 1500 points for $250 and over spend valid until 2/7. Shouldn't be too hard with 2 teenagers to feed.
