Just received an offer of 500 bonus points for $30 spend at BWS. I'm sure I can find something suitable

500 bonus points just posted for a carton of beer. Thank you Mr BWS

Why waste a perfectly good high value offer on partially refilling a rental car - much better value getting QFF points IMHO. I haven't used one to reduce my fuel cost for over a year.

Reasonable theory for those who can Warehouse fuel, but flawed when cycle lengths are taken into account (they are getting longer than 4 weeks in BNE) or when your fuel needs are low and sporadic, aka car rental, when fuelling is done to avoid the $3 a litre charge car rental companies make. Currency exchange issues also take 6 weeks to impact pricing, so a 15% increase on the lowest price is to be expected soon.

In MEL the cycle it was running at ~3 weeks for a while then they just flipped it. In my area the fuel is at 137.4c whereas some other stations across MEL it is at around ~144c. Even though I have fuel in the car, I might fill it to the top and fill 3 jerry cans and use a 25c (12.5 points per litre) voucher. Might be a while before relatively cheap fuel in MEL and have a good fuel voucher.

I got a fuel offer on my account. Spend $80 for 16 cents a litre and $120 for 20 cents a litre. I don't need that much over the weekend so I won't be using it. The good news is that my target spend for fuel offers has gone down. They raised the minimum to $120 on me a couple of weeks ago.

True, but not much and the problem is you need to buy it on a set day!

The fact that you need to buy it on a set day would make the fuel voucher more useful, I would have thought, given you can''t take advantage of the low point in the cycle!

All my vouchers are redeemed for points so the value is the same regardless, when I have them, my spend on fuel is so low it's not a big part of my life.

Just received 150 points for $5 bakery spend offer!

My partner got this offer. We took it up on Friday when we needed a couple of fresh bakery items. We actually had more than $5 worth of goods that we wanted. We spent $6 on my partner's card and put the other item on my card in the hope it would trigger this offer in the next couple of weeks for me.

Did a small shop today as we have a family lunch tomorrow. Spent $120 so let's see what happens in 2 weeks.

BWS offer was easy to achieve with Brown Brothers sparkling just $12.50 a bottle.

Just received a 200 bonus point offer for $20 seafood.

I will take advantage of that
