EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

I still find it interesting that Woolworths have sent no offers to try and coax me back etc. Perhaps they think I died and don't want to possibly offend my family or something!

I had one the other day, x bonus points for $ spend - can't remember the exact figures though! I also haven't used the card in a verrrrrrrry long time.

I received a 10c/litre fuel saving because I am special....

Maybe I will be special by the time I wake up tomorrow.

I got it Jessica...... to be honest i'm a little underwhelmed since the price of fuel is so high at the moment, and that the family has more higher value offers already...

Anyway, if your spending time here on AFF, that makes you special anyway

40c voucher posted today.... now to deplete fuel in both cars and time empty fuel tanks with fuel at the bottom of the discount cycle ;)

Suppose it depends on the size of your fuel tank which is better value. Anything over 50litres is a no-brainer.

Offer of 750 bonus points for $120 spend arrived in my in-box this morning. Guess I must have been ignoring them for the required length of time.

Haven't shopped at Woolies for a while
Got an offer spend $200 get 1,000 points.
Will pay with Amex and get 1,600 points for $200.

I wouldn't worry too much about fuel vouchers. They are more trouble than they are worth.

Had a 15c fuel voucher that was expiring and I was going overseas. The car needed fuel so said to dad to purchase fuel and use my Everyday Rewards card. Got back and find that voucher has expired and when I asked dad what happened he said he filled up ~$80 worth of fuel (~50 litres) and paid ~$72. So the system was down again and he received what appears to be a 15c discount not the points. And fuel is more expensive in the 2 Woolworths Petrol stores nearby than the majority of petrol stations in the area.

Why is it so difficult to deliver what you promise without me having to check or follow up?

Got two offers

Spend $120 at Big W for 500 Pts

And

Spend $80 at WW for 500 Pts or $120 for 750 Pts

Will probably use the Woolworths offer.

Dad and sister got this offer.

Not a bad offer I guess, but for most $160 is a hard target to reach... Mrs Shintaro's offer last weekend of $120 for a 40c fuel voucher seems the "best" offer around at the moment, when used for points its 1,000 QFF for 50 L and up to 3,000 QFF if you have enough gerry cans:lol:

Another data point is Miss Shintaro's BWS offer this week for 400 QFF for any spend at BWS with a $30 qualify...

These two examples show that your Dad & Sisters offers are "expensive" with what other people are being offered recently... My suggestion is activate (let them know you are still there) but dont use the offer, wait for the points / spend is better value....

I would choose the points as there is already 17c/l on offer for spend over $100. So for an extra $20 spend - forgo 3c/l and get 500 points.

An email offering 1K points for a $200 spend for the wife just came through

Whoa, hold up. You can't just say that and run away! Where from? WW? Big W? I don't remember an offer that big since the Big W electronic offer of earlier this year.
