EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Four weeks ago I received an email stating spend $10 on cleaning products and get 150 points. It listed items such as washing powder and dishwashing liquid which is what I bought. The bonus points never came.
Is the best way to chase it up is by completing their contact us form online or is it better to send a specific email ....to a specific email address?

Either call them or use the contact form. You'll need your receipt with the store/date/time etc

Big W seems to be the theme tonight.
3 offers for our family, all different.
250 points for $20 spend
300 points for $50 spend
250 points for $50 spend

The 300 point offer was on a card which has only been used once at Big W. It was a $45 purchase a few weeks ago which I had to make. I didn't have a targeted offer at the time so I used a card that had never been used at Big W hoping to trigger an offer. It looks like the trigger spending theory works sometimes.

The 250/$20 offer was from my partner's card. I have been using this from time to time on small purchases at Big W hoping to trigger a low target targeted offer. This theory seems to be working well so far as we've had a couple of the $20 offers.

I'll probably take up the first two offers as these seem to have the best return ratio. I've got a couple of birthday parties coming up so most of it will be on presents and other birthday supplies like cards and wrapping paper. I'll probably do the two transactions in one trip so I'm guessing I'll be going through the self serve and being very careful which card I swipe.

First in a while:
Choose your reward
$120 = 20c/L or 500pts
$160 = 25c/L or 750pts
13-15th only.

Well above my usual shopping levels.

Not going to be used either as I am off a few days after for 2 wks.

Received: choose either
Spend $80 receive 16cpl off or 500 bonus QFF points
Spend $120 receive 20 cpl off or 750 bonus points
Runs 13 to 15/9

Hooray that Choose your Reward is back!
They even read my mind ... "Here's a decision you'll be happy to make" The only problem is the spend is high...

Spend $275 receive 30cpl or 1000 bonus points.
Also 13-15th only.

I got this one too along with offers for spirits and $25 spend at the deli
If I buy some Myer vouchers does this go towards the total spend ?

My partner got the same offer. This is also well above our normal shopping levels. We took up an $80 offer target at the start of August so I guess everyday rewards are testing us to see how high we will go. We can't take up the offer this weekend but I'm hoping for an offer next weekend for either an $80 or $120 target as we have to make a large purchase on that weekend.

There is a general spend $100 get 15c off promo. Sounds like I need some more Myer gift cards!

My, my, my

Mum - 250 bonus points for $20 spend at Big W
Dad - 250 bonus points for $20 spend at Big W
Me - 250 bonus points for $20 spend at Big W

Is that the trifecta? ;)

Usually I buy the Sydney travel ten bus tickets at Woolies to get the spend. They always get used at same stage.
May not be able to do this though when the Opal ticket is fully implemented.

750 points for $60 sounds good to me, provided you can get the transaction totals to match up exactly to the offer targets.
I took up two of our family Big W offers today. The first transaction was 250 points for a $20 target and I got the transaction total to $20.35. The second transaction was 300 points for a $50 target and the transaction total was $50.33. It's difficult to get the totals exact at Big W due to the pricing of many items finishing somewhere in the 90s. I'm guessing they want you to spend the extra $1 or so on the transaction which negates the value of some of the points.

I don't think I can get that close to $20 but can try. Also have a 250 bonus points offer for $50 spend for my brother as well so that could be the quadrella. ;)

I just signed a lease on an apartment without aircon and Big W has a fan I want for $32. I need a second pillow. Some pretzels. Some cashews? Some chocolate? Some bottled water? Wish I had a car this week not the week after.
