Vote with your feet.....

I have, to this point, but I'm going to have to go shopping soon. I can't understand how I go from a couple of offers per week, to absolutely nothing. I haven't changed anything. Has anyone else had this experience, or got any ideas why?

FWIW check your account. Filled the car today with 122L and noticed the 4c discount applied. Should have been 25C/L QFF point option.....will wait to see if the points post then call.

They have a few issues with this select before you shop offer.....

Two possibilities here.

1. Did the operator swipe your card, then change his mind, start the transaction again and swipe your card again? If SI the 25cpl voucher may have been taken out of circulation for a few days.
2. The store was offline and it defaults to giving everyone 4cpl off. This is more likely in my experience.

EDR did change its email address. Perhaps your email acct has filtered out the emails. I periodically get EDR emails in my junk folder despite adding the email address.

Good call.

Rang the EDR hotline and they confirmed a system outage is the culprit. Nice agent is crediting my account with 1,525 QFF points and I've pocketed the $4.88 discount I received at the register :D

This offer is never ending.....two 25c fuel vouchers for the price of one and $4.88 icing on top :D

Not bad for a couple of emails & phone call chasing them up.

The way she was talking the outage could be a state issue.....might be worth checking your accounts to see if everything is as it should be.

Pleased to hear it. I have experienced the same thing. The first one is really annoying - but I have had success getting the points credited over the phone. Typically the high value voucher comes back again about 3 days later (as it was never used, just 'taken' for the points process).

They are pretty good at fixing these things. I've had vouchers vanish randomly, got them reinstated by EDR, then had the original turn up again later. Its a nice little bonus occasionally.

Just received an offer 200 pts for $25 of cleaning products.

Received the double points offer last week, but didn't get to use it.

It has been very quiet of late. This thread has been relatively quiet.

Not so bad though. Picked up 1,000 bonus points last week and mum can have a break from my nagging for a while. ;)

Generally when WW run some promo, bonus point offers to an extent dry up.

Just received an offer of 300 bonus points for $100 wine at BWS....no thank you...much better offers from epiQure

Two offers for me this week:

Up to 300 points at BWS (incremental: $40 - 200 pts, $55 - 300 points)
$25+ spend at Woolies deli - 150 points

I've had nothing from EDR since 21 August. Feeling very unloved.
I share you unrequited love of EDR :(

Not even a birthday offer?! :(
Nope. Off the grid

So what are you doing wrong?
Shopping at WOW obviously :o

That seems a bit judgmental on Lindsay, John. I'm sure he's trying his best to support Woolies, as I am, but the love just isn't being returned. :)
Don't see JohnK's post as judgemental, rather a perfect question rather than a statement - am doing as you said in your second sentence, perhaps that is my fault - I should be moving to my local IGA for a while

I hear you - yes, we just don't fit their algorithm at the moment. This is my second time in the wilderness...but this time it's all family members.

Nope, check my junk folder regularly...but maybe I should check my IT contractor to see if our server is filtering before it gets to me...

Also received a BWS wine offer: 250 pts for $50 or 500 pts for $70. They tried higher amounts a few weeks ago and I didn't bite! More to do with the lack of 30% off for 6 bottles though.

Don't forget they currently have 30% off wine for 6 bottles. As I think I posted earlier in this thread, BWS now has a decent selection of wine and while their prices aren't great, when you take 30% off, many of their prices undercut Dan Murphy's/1st Choice (some of the better wines by $5 a bottle or more), so you can get some decent wines at great prices, with bonus points! Yes, bonus points aren't as good as Epiqure can be, but different wines and you get to choose, rather than buying straight dozens or mixed cases of their choice.

I did check my junk folder - nothing there. I sent EDR an email thanking them for past offers and asking why they have stopped. Nothing but the stock standard "got your email and will respond" email.

Four weeks ago I received an email stating spend $10 on cleaning products and get 150 points. It listed items such as washing powder and dishwashing liquid which is what I bought. The bonus points never came.
Is the best way to chase it up is by completing their contact us form online or is it better to send a specific email ....to a specific email address?

I got a response. It was sent by my cousin's husband, who works for EDR (I wasn't aware of this). There is nothing they can do, the emails come from marketing. He said swiping your card is what triggers the offers.

I also received a private email from my cousin (who also works for them - again I wasn't aware) telling me I wasn't unloved. :)
