I'm hoping for a spend $100 get $10 off at Big W to finish off my Christmas shopping.

Just received a BWS offer:

Spend $70 for 350 bonus points
Spend $100 for 500 bonus points

Would be great if they have 30% off for 6 bottles of wine too!
I think your prayers have been answered - see below full pager from Herald Sun this morn:

Two cards have received an offer for 500points for a $50 spend at Big W. With Christmas shopping, both should be achievable.

Two Big W offers received tonight.
Spend $50 to receive 300 bonus points
Spend $50 to receive 500 bonus points (with an option of spending $30 for 250 points)
I'll definitely take up the second offer for the 500 bonus points as I still have some Christmas presents to buy. I'm not sure about the first offer. I'll have to see what else pops up in the meantime.

Mum - 300 bonus points for $50 spend at Big W
Dad - 250 bonus points for $30 spend at Big W
Brother - 300 bonus points for $50 spend at Big W
Me - 250 bonus points for $30 spend at Big W

A couple of interesting targeted offers came in for Woolworths shopping today.
One member of the family got a spend $50 in one transaction for 250 bonus points. It's valid between Friday 29 November and Sunday December 1. I might take up the offer and stock up for the following week.

Another member of the family got three offers in one email spread across three weeks. The first week is an offer of half price Red Rock Deli chips(which we've never purchased before). The second week is spend $150 in one transaction to receive $15 off. The third week is spend $100 in one transaction to get a 20 cents per litre fuel voucher.

The second email was quite unusual given the spending pattern of this card. The maximum amount per week this card has ever spent is $80. I'd have to pool my shopping with someone else in order to qualify for offers two and three. Offer three isn't really worth it as I've had much better 20 cent per litre offers from flybuys in the last few weeks. If I took up offers two and three then this ends any chance I'd have of getting future good offers on this account.

Of course, one of the benefits of having multiple family members with EDR accounts is that if the offers on one account get too high, you can ignore that account and use the lower target offers on other accounts until the high offer account drops down again. I'll have to weigh up all the possibilities on this one before deciding whether to take up the high target offers.

50 spend for 500 bonus points at big W. Suffering at woolies - no bonus point offers since July....time to get SWMBO her own EDR card to spend there

My account just got sent the three week offers I mentioned above. I wonder how targeted they really are.

I actually visited my "on the way to work" Woolies and Big W stores to buy the staff Xmas presents and cards this morning. It was July when I last visited Woolies and May for Big W.

So I bought 4 x $50 Wish cards at Woolies (using my EDR card) and then strolled down to Big W to pick up chocolates/cards/bags. So picked up 170pts from Woolies, 16 from Big W, 2 x 4c fuel vouchers and 246 points on my CC. Hopefully triggered something from EDR ;).

Now I just looked upthread and saw markis10's post for the 15c fuel vouchers. Bugger :o

As I was reading your post the emails arrived for my father and I with the same offer.

Trying to convince mum to shop on Wednesday 11 December and Tuesday 17 December so save $30 but I am having trouble convincing her away from her usual Friday shopping.

Three offers this week - 300 points for $50 spend at Big W, 100 points for $10 on cleaning products at Woolworths and 500 points for $125 spend at BWS. While the BWS spend is fairly high, I should be able to use all three.
