EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Mum went to Woolworths this morning and spent $225 as part of the weekly treats promotion.

Why am I not surprised she left disappointed? She blames me. She was told she needed a voucher? What voucher?

I'd be upset as well. That's definitely worth chasing up with the call center.

If its the spend $150 and get $15 off, :Simply spend the required amount when you shop at Woolworths during the relevant weeks to get your remaining Weekly Treats. Remember to scan your Everyday Rewards card every time you shop to make sure you don't miss out on any of your rewards
I know. She scanned card and shopped $225 worth. No discount. The cashier wanted voucher. What voucher?

Everyday Rewards has received a rude email from me. It is the only way I know to respond to severe incompetence and wasting my time.

And to rub salt into the wound, had the shop been done today it would have got a 15c fuel voucher.

I just received 100 bonus points for $10 spend on meat - will see if I can manage it, but I don't usually buy meat from WW, as I can get better quality meat from my local IGA.
Have to agree - that's where my wife has been buying our meat, so presume WOW have noticed that we haven't been selecting in our online.
Visited the local WOW late last night and bought $22 of heavily discounted meat - have now filled the back fridges' freezer. Easy 200 QFF points.

I generally only buy the heavily discounted stock at WOW, given I can get 5kg of chicken breast at $5.99kg and MSA certified rib or rump under $10 a kg with a drive to Virginia. Looking at the $kg pricing at WOW most meat easily exceeds $20kg and its rarely restaurant quality.

Recently returned from a 14 day cruise and needed to do a giant shop...$220...several email offers but thay had all expired. End result was 180 points and a 4c petrol docket.

Very disappointing

Depending on when you shopped, it might morph into a 15c (if you use electronic collection).

Just makes me wonder I should let my mother shop at WW this week for the $15 dollar saving or not?

Received a "choose your reward offer" to spend $50 for either 250 pts or 12c discount. If I chose the fuel points, I'd need to make sure I got at least 42L to beat the 250pt on offer. Guess I'll activate it in store if I decide to do it and check my fuel level before I walk in

We've received 2 weekend offers so far for the household.

Spend $50 in one transaction for 250.

Spend $80 in one transaction for 16 cents fuel voucher or 500 points OR spend $120 in one transaction for 20 cent fuel voucher or 750 points.

Both offers are actually targeted too high for this weekend. I'll be spending $70 at Coles tomorrow for a 22 cent per litre voucher and about 1000 bonus points for various email offers and coupons so the WW offers don't seem to compare well to this. I'll be making a big shop at WW just before Christmas so I need to keep my WW shopping low before this in order to need enough stock to get me to $100 on December 23.

It seems I should have kept my Christmas letter to present to receive my present. Seriously, everything is done by clicking buttons on emails and we are supposed to have kept a letter (voucher) received weeks ago?

I think this is the thing you are angry about JohnK. The voucher was in a snail mail letter.

I dont really care about the fuel vouchers. With me in Brisbane the car is not used that much.

I do not remember receiving a voucher in the mail.

I have 4 emails with triple treat offers, all 4 activated, all 4 achieved 1st week challenge and then 2 of those received a reminder that week 2 was underway. Email does not mention having to present anything. Just present your card and shop.

Now my angry email has not achieved anything. Looks like a phone call on Monday to waste more of my time.

I do remember getting a letter JohnK. And should have kept it. Not going to happen.

We didn't get any snail mail letters from everyday rewards and three accounts got all the emails for the 3 week promotion.

I think this is a different promotion. My mother saw a lady at the next cashier who had 2 of these $20 vouchers which does not appear to be the same as the weekly treats offer.
