EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Maybe you should shop somewhere other then Sydney. The Sydney warehouses are the most "annoying" in the network that I've had to deal with.

Who said anything about Sydney? I suspect most of Amaroos shopping is done in the 4000 series postcodes.

I haven't found Woolies fruit to be "fresh" and I am still young enough to buy green bananas.
The percentages of home brand stuff is quite unfortunate from my point of view.
The good news is that I am a shareholder and WOW shares have gone mad for no apparent reason.

good 'defensive' stock. AFR yesterday mentioned the Master's chain is not loosing as much money as it was.

Yes the printed book I received had 1,000 points for $200 spend thru it multiple times.
If you don't buy their meat and fruit that makes the target look high.

Nappies/wipes/kid related products/etc make the targets quite easy to achieve.

WW offer. $80 = 500 points or $120 = 750 points in a single shop.

No vouchers here as well, but your offer on 2 accounts.

Managed to go for $80 on one account but decided go $100 to get the $10 discount with the coupon to reduce my spend to $90. Could have gone for the 750 points but would have meant I would have had to spend $130 to account for the $10 discount and that was a barrier too high for me.

I have today left to pick up $50 (for 200 bonus points) from BWS for Mrs QF WP. Then I remembered I am not driving today - Conference to attend so bus & train.

Oh well, will have to tell them the hurdle was too high

Yesterday we went to Woolworths Riverton Forum in WA which was a big mistake. I was clutching a 1000 point bonus for spending $210 coupon but with lots of empty shelves and a short range with stacks of home brand lines we could not make the numbers. They don't seem to stock really good laundry items like Softly and I heard someone in an aisle say they had only found two out of five items on their list. We were the same so I paid with a gift card for 114 QF points and don't plan to return.

Just noticed that my WWEDR QF points statement now shows 3 months of earnings/transfers to QF. Don't know how long it has been like this, but now it is much easier to track bonus award points than when the page was enhanced to only show 4 weeks of earnings.

I mentioned this to WW on 2 occasions, when I had to chase points, and also sent them an email on the subject, when they asked for follow up on how the call centre staff responded to my enquiries.

Haven't shopped at WW for 3 weeks now, as I've only had 1 silly offer in that period, and the opposition have given me a couple of $20 vouchers for spending $80.

Wonder how long I have to stay away from WW before I get a 'We miss you' offer.

I noticed the change in the list of transactions last week and I was very impressed that they had finally made the change. It had been a while since I checked some of the accounts so I don't know when they made the change.

I used the online coupon for my WW online order today and got $5 off the total. I usually save more with my online orders but I thought I would take this one while available.

It takes about 5-6 weeks of non use to get a "We miss you" offer based on the pattern I have seen with our accounts.

Step Mum received a $5 off Deli Offer *yawn* and a 10% off your next visit to Masters Home Improvement *yawn*

What was the qualifying limit on the Deli offer?

Our coupon book has a 15% off deli coupon on one of the weeks but we have to spend $25 in the Deli to qualify for it in one transaction. We rarely spend over $10 in one time except when we buy chickens for parties.

Came to work today (first time since Thursday before Easter, as I was in PER last week and a Conference yesterday) to find 2 WOW EDR coupon books, one for me and one for Mrs QF WP. Now to sit down and see if we got the same offers for the same amounts in the same weeks - then map my trail to bonus points :D ;)

Hmmm, first week there is a differential in spend for 1K points - so I think we'll chose the lower hurdle (Mrs QF WP only has $210 against my $240). Seafood offer is also different (my hurdle 15% off when spend $15, Mrs QF WP has 15% for $25). Interesting to see if I can scan her bonus point offer at the start (so it's captured), then add my seafood coupon during the shop.

After doing a bit of study, I see that there are similar offers but some with alternate weeks, some on same weeks. They know we like Pepsi & Schweppes (both of us given same offer), museli, bread, toothpaste, body wash & oats (all targeted in first 2 weeks).

Week 2 - similar hurdles to week one, but only a $ saving ($15) so my wife's will be used.

Week 3 - Mrs QF WP has triple points against my double (easy win again for Mrs QF WP). Then we'll access a 15% off fresh F&V (mine) if we can piggy-back.

Week 4 - back to 1K points and same hurdles ($210 v $240) plus both have similar 15% off health & wellness

Week 5 - Same as Week 2 - both have same bakery 20% off over $15...

Week 6 - Same as week 1 & 4 - both have same deli 15% off..

Week 1 to 6 vouchers at back of book - we'll be able to utilise the 10% off (over $50) online orders. Usable 3 times over the 6 weeks - so I won't need to shop very much :D

Masters $25 off for $150 spend - can't see us utilising...

Oops, was actually a $5 off deli platter, I was sick when typing that :p.
I just received a 50% Cenovis vitamin range, no minimum amount, use as many times as you want, valid until 6 May.

Be careful using multiple Everyday Rewards cards/barcodes for one shopping trip.

A discount coupon is essentially a barcode that comes up as an Everyday Rewards card account when scanned. Had troubles with $10 off coupon last week and then scanning proper Everyday Rewards card. Luckily I noticed otherwise would have missed the bonus points.
