Has anyone worked out if we can use 2 vouchers from the voucher book at the same time? Specifically my 1000 bonus points voucher and the $25 discount voucher. The conditions don't mention a restriction.

I guess you'd have to read the conditions carefully and make sure you make all the qualification requirements for each voucher.

For example, if you were using the discount meat coupon in conjunction with the weekly bonus point coupons you would have to make sure the final total of the transaction after the meat discount has been taken off is over your qualifying spend. If you shop online then you won't be able to combine all of the coupons as some of the coupons are instore only. I haven't seen any terms and conditions that say you can only use one coupon in a transaction.

No, it's still Week 1.

Did you read the dates in the booklet?

Yes I did but I may have forgotten. The booklet is in Sydney and I know dad had 2 offers this week.

Ta. I've since double checked. The cash discount is for week 2. I mistakenly thought it was week 1&2.

Meeting the minimum spend is pretty easy.

Okay, shopping using Mrs QF WP's Week 1 vouchers done. Got 15% off ($5.03) my seafood purchases ($33.53 gross, $28.50 nett) and 1K points for over $210 (ended up with $374.81). That also gives my EDR card a rest.

So a haul of 1,374 points on her account (which will be transferred to my account) + 374 CC points (auto transfer to QFF). Those 1,748 points at will just about get me to my next JASA

Redeemed my first 3 vouchers for week 1 yesterday. 15% off meat, 30% saving on some body wash the missus uses and 750 pts for $160 spend.

Presented the vouchers to the check out lady and asked if she wanted to scan them before or after the groceries. A puzzled look came over her face. She tried scanning one of them then said it was probably better to wait till the end.

After the items were all processed she scanned them one at a time then my EDR card and hey presto all the discounts showed up correctly.

I redeemed these vouchers on Saturday evening about 6pm. Seeing that the attendant had not seen one of these before, and they have been valid for a full week, I wonder if they are not all that common?

Friend has the printed book, one of the vouchers (of 2 used) expires today.

Online quotes: upto 2 vouchers can be used in 1 transaction, at the store, both were eventually scanned, but staff member says unsure if 2 will be calid/work (ie: 1 voucher per transaction).

Attached is the online proof of what I mean.... If it's allowed online, it shoukd be allowed offline/in store.

I read all the conditions, which say nothing about not valid with any other voucher/ only 1 per transaction.

Staff member also gave our voucher back (I think by request, I wasn't there).

Voucher 1 (tick): 15% of meat purchase.
Voucher 2 (Ummm): 300 bonus points if $70 spent after all discounts applied ($100+ spent!).

Anyone else experience this cough?

If hot ecerything, including the reciept and even a printed copy of the attached photo if a call needs to be made!

My WOW employee had previous experience with them today and when I gave them to her at the beginning, she advised she would process them at the end, otherwise it would slow down the scanning process to a crawl. Sure enough, same experience as yours vec.

I am guessing that the bonus points ones will only work once per targeted account, much like the email terms and conditions that say offer can be used once only(for some offers only).

I used the meat coupon at the self checkout. The attendant saw me holding the coupon and took it off me and tore it up. I wasn't planning to use it again later in the week so I didn't mind. The meat coupon was a discount coupon so it might be possible to use more than once unless they have programmed the EDR account to accept the barcode once only.
