I'm a bit confused here.

The spend $100 each week for 3 weeks for $30 offer actually started this week,September 8 onwards. The offer was sent out a week in advance and you have until September 14 to activate the offer.

Yep, I didn't read the email properly, so last week I spent $100 and now I have to spend another $100 for the next 3 weeks, me thinks it was a cunning plan by woolies....

Good luck. I hope you don't have to stockpile too much to get to the required totals.

Well when my email came through, it only downloaded part of it, so I rang them to ask how much spend and which weeks it was as I couldn't read that part. They told me 3 x $50 spend to get a $30 giftcard. Feeling a bit confused as to why everyone else seemed to having to spend $100 each week, I rang again, and now they tell me the offer is on 3 x $100 spends. No idea why it suddenly changed?? But glad I know now before I spent anything. Would have been cranky if I'd not qualified after 3 weeks of spending!!

I only have to spend $90 x4 for $100 credit onto my card. Not a gift card.

The technical problems you had with the email sound very interesting. A friend of mine had the same problem with one of her emails. She forwarded to me and I could read it but her email client wouldn't display it properly and it didn't have a web link displayed on the email. All of her other offer emails had come through clearly. I wonder whether there was an issue which affected lots of emails that were sent out.

That's pretty bad that they told you the wrong qualifying amount on the phone. It sounds like there are several technical hitches with this particular promotion already. I'm guessing this will lead to lots of claims at the end from people who thought they qualified but didn't qualify for various technical and other reasons.

Oh goody, I thought it was my dumb luck not to have shopped on the weekend. But 3 little shops is harder to manage when Mrs QF WP just hates shopping (even the online variety)

Received a reply from EDR lastnight about the missing points.

I wonder if any points were automatically credited... total offer failure.

Wife still hasn't received her 5000 pints and there has been mo further communication. We're O/S currently so not calling them.

Even better, not only hadn't I missed the current 3 week promo, I hadn't even registered Mrs QF WP's offer:

Now done - and my first $300 Wish card turned up yesterday, so everything is lining up

This thread is too long so apologies if this has been discussed already.

Did anyone take up the Woolies online offer that was sent out back in May?
1000 points per shop for first five shops.

If so, has anyones points posted yet?

To everybody whose offers changed today, I can happily report I did a $20 shop and the receipt said congratulations you have completed week 1 and remember to spend $20 next week.

I was originally sent the spend $50 a week for four weeks and get $100 offer. On Monday they sent the email stating, spend $20/wk for four weeks and get $50 offer. Today I received another email saying, sorry for the stuff up but please ignore the spend $20/wk offer as you are enrolled in the $50/wk offer.

For those who received the email with an alternate offer to what you activated you might just want to check your email account to see if there is an update from EDR.

There have been reports in this thread that many members have had to chase up the 5000 points. The cases seemed to be passing back and forth between Woolworths Online and Everyday Rewards. Start by chasing up Everyday Rewards and make sure you still have the emails and the invoices from the orders. If you haven't got them, chase it up anyway. The base points and original transactions should show up in your account. If you're on the phone with the call centre ask for someone at supervisor level. They will have access to all your transaction history. Good luck.

Well to my surprise :o, Mrs QF WP told me to pick up some things after my indoor beach volleyball games last night - so week 1 done. A few things turned into $180...
