Not sure what sort of system they are using but it is strange that they can see if you have activated the offer but not which option you chose if there is a choice on the offer.Well I am rang them today and was eventually put through to someone who handled these matters. I was told that I hadn't activated the offer and therefore that was the end of the matter. :evil:
Yes this is disappointing.Not happy at all, this has cost me at least 200 points and there is no where else to go.
