EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Ok, Sunday night yet again, So Bonus time for the lucky ones...! Who will be lucky this week...?

BTW, I ended up opting in for this weeks offer at Woolworths Liquor, hopefully a 12 cents fuel voucher (to be used as 6pts/L @ 150L = 900 QFF points ) coming my way, otherwise I have been ripped off yet again...!

:D

BTW, 12 cent voucher from last weeks bonus offer just posted to my EDR, so no delay like the last one and proper value voucher given with no issues this time around.

Now to run both cars down to vapors to ensure we hit the 150L cap (900 QFF pts)

Additionally, received one bonus offer this week: -

BWS Spirits Offer

1 Bottle = 150 points
2 Bottle = 200 points
3 Bottle = 300 points

No where near as good as the offers recently received from Woolworths liquor lately...!

Also no offer for Mrs Shintaro this week, now thats two weeks in a row she has had no offers, so bonus offers drying up on her EDR membership lately...

There is apparently a perception I have hygine issues:

*250 Points when you spend $10 or more in one transaction on hair care at Big W (repeatable)

also

*100-250 points for spending $15-$25 on hair care products at Woolworths....

Which beggars the question - why would you bother to use the Wooloworths offer when the Big W one can gets more than double the reward??????

I'm off to scatch my nits....

time to stock up on shampoo... lol

Actually that's a pretty good offer, I love these types of offers on non perishable items that you generally purchase anyway, stocking up on a few months supply for some serious bonus QFF points is a nobrainer in my opinion...

Me too. I tried shopping at Woolies more often, activated and used my quarterly offers, but I still don't receive anything. I've gone back to IGA which is closer to home.

I am one of the unlucky one's that have not received any bonuses except quarterly offers. However when browsing through my partners emails (she insisted!) I noticed she was getting offers nearly every week.

She presents her up maybe 1-2 per month, spend only a little amount ~$50 and doesn't use when buying petrol.

Shops in totally different area to me.. perhaps location has something to do with it?

Just a quick question regarding the option to pick between a fuel voucher (say 12c per litre off) or Bonus points, has anyone ever had problems with selecting the fuel voucher, then going to the servo and having that transferred into extra points?? That is if you had the card changed over to earn points on fuel not discounts. And what is the earn rate for say a 12c per litre off deal as opposed to the usual 4c per litre??

Hope that makes some sense - didn't even realise you could do that until now. And I've been doing the bonus points this whole time :(

Cheers

No problems doing that, it's always half the fuel discount to points, so as 4c/L becomes 2 points/L, 12c/L becomes 6 points/L. I miss the 16c fuel vouchers, but a 15c one will give 7.5 points/L.

Best one yet. 200 points for $10 or more of soup.
Mine is not too bad either.

one thing that irritates me is that when selecting to points rather than fuel discount, when purchasing fuel and scanning the barcode, it comes up with "no bonus offer available" when it should really say "QFF points per litre" at the applicable voucher earn rate. This would cause less confusuon to new players since it is clear what is happening when the transaction is completed...

Yeah, it gets old really fast when the attendants keep saying "nothing on that card ... sorry" and you have to tell them its points. Every single bloomin time.

I've resorted to the one-liner quip back "points"... as i can't be bothered explaining any more.

+ 1 I have filled up 3 times this morning and got it each and every time.

However getting 2pts/$1 Amex and 1pt/$1 EDR make's it worthwhile.

OT;To all those people that did not get a WOW offer this week and are interested in 8 cents litre fuel discount. Coles has a promo going until the 8th August. Spend over $30 in one transaction and hey presto. I shopped last night and filled up this morning.
