EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Easiest 200 points, took 4 minutes including paying at self service. 3 items we need, 1 that I'll give away or throw away - at $1.68 I can live with that.

You obviously have had "select reading" and not been perusing the general promos thread!

Easily done in my hectic life... Plus been away for a while which never helps "keeping in touch" with all things going on in here...

I take it I missed out on some easy EDR booty while enjoying some nice EDR JASA during the last week

Thanks shintaro10x, been learning from your frugality on spending to maximise low ratio points/$ whilst still trying to buy things we need.

Your spreadsheet has been referred to other members as well, trying to upgrade my skills to then be able to confidently use it.

Yes you missed a "Select" week of buying - now we'll talk about dog & cat food (and RSPCA donations) as well as taco seasoning in the same way as the b*s. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be as involved as I would have liked, but others here certainly pushed the envelope.

Lets hope the revamp of Flybuys next week brings more "select" weeks, I increased my lifetime EDR points earn by 50% in one week, and I have been a member from when it was a trial!

I am looking forward to all the point comparisons at the next quarterly statement time.

Btw, how many dollars of goods did people end up donating to charity in this last week? I didn't end up doing any as trying to declutter my house at the moment and didn't think my husband would appreciate piles of dog and cat food for animals we don't have.

There should be some healthy totals which will make winning the quarterly cup interesting.

+1. None to RSPCA - I only bought what my dogs could consume (dog food) and what we could consume (pasta, taco sauces). I got very busy at work and couldn't afford the time to go shopping.

Because the offer was:

WOW buy any hair care - 2 products 100pts, 3 for 150, 4 for 200.

For very little additional cost, I got 200 points instead of 100.

Overall cost $7.43, so value is 3.71c per point.

Yes, I could have reduced cost to $5.32 (2.66c per point), but 4 bottles of shampoo will take a while to finish and harder to justify to Mrs LW. Ended up that we will probably use the hair gel for my son (although I shudder at the thought)

What he doesn't know what hurt

Actually I recant my original comment, my wife already has some hair gel for my son, so I'll give to a homeless shelter

With the flybuys re-lauch, l would have thought that the offers might have been flying in...

A couple of 2X @ WOW and 1 2x @ Big w and a 10% extra off prices at Doorbuster. Probably will be doing only 1 shop at Big W.

Lets see what Flybuys has on offer this week?
