In MMB I noticed that wife and I could have an EK CD car each in SYD,BKK//,BKK and SYD, although we were travelling CBR/SYD/BKK//BKK/SYD/CBR. Called EK and asked if we could have cars in CBR rather than SYD.

Apparently not eligible in CBR as our flights CBR-SYD and CBR-SYD were in Y. This because QF only operate J services on 2 flights in the am - around 10 hours before our departure ex SYD and 2 flights in the pm too late to make our EK connection.

Booked 1 car for arrival in BKK.

Just wondering whether it will be big enough to accommodate 2 pax, 3 medium cases and 2 rollaboards.

Anyone had experience with what size car is provided in BKK for J pax?

Agent advised that driver would be waiting at exit 5. Does this sound correct?

We were able to fit 4 suitcases and carry on in our C class Mercedes out of Paris, but a tight squeeze with one bag in the front ,but did ask at EK lounge in Paris if they could arrange larger car for our Dubai stop over, which they did, but probably easier to change cars in Dubai as they have cars on stand by, so maybe worth checking at Syd lounge or on your on line booking if you are able. Safe travels.

I have a CD pick up in a week's time from Manhattan to JFK, so what is the tipping etiquette there? Also any tipping required when I get picked up in Dubai following the flight.

Thanx. I think the smallest in BKK is C class/ 5 series.
