No it does not. No change from pre covid. Only F pax.Any idea if that extends to other QF status holders flying Y/J on QF metal?

I've flown on a Q Y ticket on EK metal and gained access to EK F lounge in Dubai and EK lounge in Sydney flying Q Y ticket and metal. I would imagine the same anywhere else. But that was when I was Q P. I will see if it works when I revert to Q LTG.No it does not. No change from pre covid. Only F pax.
The London EK lounge has always been an exception.I've flown on a Q Y ticket on EK metal and gained access to EK F lounge in Dubai and EK lounge in Sydney flying Q Y ticket and metal.
Even QP pax?The London EK lounge has always been an exception.
Officially on QF metal, access is only granted to Chairman's Lounge and QF first passengers.
Even QP pax?
That would be the BA "First" lounge - there's a dining area section off for those travelling BA "First".I don't remember which lounge at LHR it was but I recall getting into a "First" lounge but only those booked in first could use the waiter service part of the lounge. You could still order form the menu and food was delivered to you but you couldn't sit in the "restaurant".
Thanks, that was many years ago. Last lounge on my start of a journey from Europe in 2019 was the lounge used by EK in Madrid. It became very crowded with queues out the door when we left. As I recall the food was incredibly salty. That was the Neptuno, a partner lounge. Strangely Glasgow has an EK lounge. That would be the BA "First" lounge - there's a dining area section off for those travelling BA "First".

It's been like that with BA for a long time, even going back to their T4 days. Thanks, that was many years ago.
Thanks for the link. Sydney opening 19 July 2022. Means that the Q F lounge won't be so busy when I pass through on 29 July. The Emirates website is now listing the Emirates Lounge Tullamarine as “reopening 21July 2022”.

Looks like EK uses Plaza Premium Lounge in BNE (and in Sydney). How about BNE?
I think they do if you booked the QF codeshare flight rather than the EK flight number, ie QF84XX.I dont suppose they would admit non-status Qantas club members, flying on EK metal from MEL?
I believe flights to/from the Americas and South Africa are excluded from the reciprocal lounge arrangement.Flying QF17 from SYD in a few weeks to LAX in J.
Can I access the EK lounge or will I have to make do with QF J? Have seen conflicting reports...
QF lounge in BNE now closes at 8:30 pm:Was it EK431 departing BNE around 9 pm? QF lounge closes at 6:30 pm when it does operate in the afternoon...
