Maybe you need to consider using all the points up so use points + pay system otherwise you will have 4000 points left over which doesnt get you anything, but then again, this is assuming you dont accumulate many points on the EDR.

What am I in for?

My EDRCC was issued in early May (11th, I think). The annual fee was deducted straight away, but the sign on bonus has still not been credited to my account. I phoned a few weeks ago and was told it could take up to 8 weeks. That time has now passed, so I phoned again today. Spoke very briefly to customer service, who then put me on hold for over 10 minutes. When she got back to me, she stated that she would consult the "powers that be" and call me back on my mobile phone.

How long is it likely to take to get my 20,000 points?

read back a few pages, a few people had the same problem, seems they couldn't identify the difference between the 20,000 sign up bonus and the 5,000. Had to send screenshots to the cardsupport email.

They were running more than one promotion at a time, turns out they didn't manage it very well so had no idea who signed up for what.... just one of the many incompetencies of WW EDR CC.

Help! Just phoned EDRCC people. They are telling me that the link I applied thru for the 20,000 bonus points had expired when I applied in late April early May. The correct promotion points was for 16,000 at that period of time, which is still running. They are saying stiff S**T, you get nothing even though the promotion is still on.

Any ideas anyone??
