Hmmm, was just checking my boosted offers and my free Perk has changed from this:

to this:

Weird! A good outcome, but still weird.
I was keen but couldn’t end up finding one that was appealing from the range; thought they were actually “fresh” ones like Latina, but just in the aisle with the dry stuff.

Having done two shops since returning from OS a week ago - I got $35 off No 1 (the monthly 10% discount) which led to $40 off next shop w various boosters.
So yearly fee covered.
I do find I always start shop by checking the app and do a boost all as it seems inducements dribble in randomly (I know not randomly ie highly targetted but you get it).

After widespread staff backlash over the loss of the online use of the extra +5% monthly discount, the company just reversed that.
CEO Brad said:
As leaders, we don’t always get things right, and, in this case, we underestimated the impact on our team as we revised the Everyday Extra proposition for our Customers and material expected future growth.
So the staff member version of Everyday Extra is no longer changing next month.

From this comm, it doesn't appear that there are additional adjustments to the customer version (yet?).

It does say that they are "reviewing" changes for "vulnerable customers". (eg Seniors and people unable to shop in store)

How do the customers dole out widespread backlash? 🤣

Signed up for a year Pet insurance in May. A few $100 a year.

The 10% a month off Woolworths online shops made it a non brainer as we spent ¬$250 a time to get the free delivery. So the insurance was free basically.

This is highly deceptive advertising - they offer the discount as the big enticement, we accepted their offer then a month later they pull the rug. Do not want to drive to a store and waste time.

I expected FAR better of someone like Woolworths.
