Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Anybody else get 'Secret Offers'? I got a list of eight products I usually purchase with a point bonus. E.g. 2l Home Brand light milk gets 180 extra points.

Can use them up to three times during the offer. The points have come through very quickly and I'm on my second "$10 off my next shop" offer in a week.

I've heard of these secret offers. I don't get them very often but my friend who hardly ever takes up targeted offers (because her targets are so high) has been getting these secret offers on a regular basis on products she regularly buys. She has been impressed with all the bonus points and enjoyed reaching 2000 points and the $10 off as a result.

On the 4 week challenge front, 3 of our family members received the 4 x $50 spend for 10,000 points, 1 member received 4 x $120 spend for 10,000. We're not going to activate the last offer. We'll probably take up 2 of the $50 target offers. We're helping a friend with grocery shopping at the moment who isn't a rewards member. She pays us for the groceries but we get to keep the rewards points.

When this happened to me on flybuys I used to unsubscribe from all offers, log out, log back in and then re-subscribe to offers. I have no idea what will fix the Woolworths Rewards system.

OK - new account in my name or does a relative need to open one?

Where do i get said code?

In your name fine. But if you're doing this I'd cancel the current account. Only reason to do it in your own name is if you intend to transfer points to Qantas. Otherwise any name you like.

Code was on the bottom of my docket recently: 9L8Q2 (generic code). Also mentioned here:

1500 Bonus Points for Signing up to Woolworths Rewards

Thanks @Dr Ralph

I'm only a few points away from the next reward so i'll tick that off then cancel and rejoin. Although mrsdoc could use an account too so thats the other option.

I'm sure this has been answered before so I apologise, but do Opal recharges work for the Woolies "spend xx_ each week" promos like they do with Coles?

Nope.

But you can use a discounted WISH card to buy your Opal card.

Any tricks to getting offers again? I haven't had any for months.
Difficult to trick this system. My dad and brother don't get regular offers where wife, mum and I get regular offers.

Sign up the wife and young ones although for young one I should have had her date of birth >18 as she doesn't get any offers. Be careful how you use the accounts and don't be afraid to split spend to ensure that spend targets don't get too high.

Received an offer of 15,000 points for spending $ 175 per week for the next 4 weeks. Time to re-stock big ticket items. Olive oil. Nice cheeses etc

I wonder if Woolies would be overstocking their shelves with cat supplies now that they are aware of how many cats live in the suburbs. :)
