Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Just fantastic. I had a "spend $135 get ~2k-odd points pts" offer, so I tally up a spend and its $136, and then go to pay and some random 10% off discount applies so now my receipt says I still have to earn another $12 to qualify for points... Grrrr...

Well, hopefully a good outcome from this. Spent 20 minutes on the phone and eventually asked to be put through to a supervisor. During the transaction, one of the items I purchased had to be manually priced by a manager. Seems that by scanning their card, I somehow received a 10% staff discount...?

Anyway, the supervisor on the phone acknowledged seeing it wasn't my fault, they agreed to credit my reward account with the points owing, and these should go through to QFF account next week. Fingers-crossed it all goes through smoothly.

No offers this week after both getting QFF points the last 2 weeks. Will play the game and vote with my feet by shopping elsewhere and see if we get a reaction
I don't think anyone is going to notice or care. If they had to offer incentives all the time for people to shop they won't be making any money.

Like others my 2610 QFF points hit my QFF account yesterday. I am assuming these are from the first weeks offer and I will get a repeat dose next Monday for completing the second week offer.

Hmm, mine have not come through despite hitting the target spend in both weeks. I'll wait a few more days.

OTOH, my missing fuel points from December have been credited.

Haven't received any offers and they have hardly seen me in 3 months.

Same here. The only time I've visited WOW is for Opal Card top ups at 5% off. I've received no offers me am enjoying Flybuys cash backs at Coles, and some really great stuff at Aldi.

We are all different.

I see the offers as a bonus not a reason to shop. My head is much clearer since I stopped chasing all the offers we used to get on 5 accounts.

I got an offer to spend $70 and receive $15 reward. Now I already have a $10 reward to claim on my card. Does this mean to be eligible for my next $15 reward do I need to spend $70 before or after talking off my existing $10 reward?

Based on the examples we have seen here you will need to get $70 worth of groceries. The $10 Woolworths Dollars on the card will come off the total as a payment method. If the offer works correctly your extra Woolworths dollars should go straight onto your account.

When did you receive the offer. We have been waiting for this weeks round of offers to come out and haven't seen any so far. It sounds like you've been really lucky to get the offer.

By the way, I am basing this on $15 Woolworths Dollars. If it's an instant $15 off I'm not sure of the conditions, however I think in this situation you would get $70 worth of groceries, the $15 instant would come off to bring the total down to $55 and then the $10 already on the card would then act as a payment method and take the total down to $45.

Good luck. We're still figuring this new system out so I can only base your questions on the information we have so far. If Woolworths change the system then let us know your observations.

Welcome to AFF. Please feel free to ask questions and share your experiences about the Woolworths rewards targeted offer system.

You should be OK spending $70 to achieve the reward.

Received an offer of $15 Woolworths dollars off instantly on $135 spend each week for 3 weeks starting next week. Can take up the offer on any of the 3 weeks. Suspect there will also be a bonus week at the end of the 3 weeks.

Well done. Looks like there might be some new offers out there after all. Will keep an eye on our accounts.

So yesterday I got an email from QANTAS saying my Woolies bonus points are in my account.... err no they are not. So I rang QF and they told me there is a glitch at the Woolies end. Surprise surprise.. They should be there at the end of next week. Is there nothing Woolies can't stuff up?

First offer this year across family accounts and it is appalling.

"say hello to you weekly specials and head in store with your chance to win 10 pesos by swiping your card..."

That's it, no points, discount just a 1 in 900,000 chance of getting 10 pesos. So effective worth of offer = .000011 pesos

What can I say?

NOTE: Rate this offer no longer contained on the email...

Perhaps the ratings were not able to be shown to senior mgmt?

Woolworths Rewards claimed that they would fix the reward problems from the first round of email offers this year by February 10. They haven't credited the Woolworths Dollars for one account that I know about and now I'm wondering whether everyone else is still waiting.

Historically, WOW always credited points to my QFF account overnight on Wednesday so they were there Thursday morning.

I haven't received my points for either of the two weeks that I qualified, so that is 2x2175 they owe me at the moment.

See my post above.. #475 . I'm sure someone from Woolies was piloting the Hindenburg, was at the wheel of the Titanic, and just the other day working for Telstra.
