I basically got paid 5 WWD to take this phone. Got another 2 accounts with bonus $5 with $30 spend. Only caveat is the $5, is only valid from the 21st to the 28th.

I'm still waiting on my points from the first week too. I send a terse email to them today in regards to the missing points and also other activity that has hasn't displayed in my account (I have receipts showing rewards card scanned etc).

Yes, I received by 2610 points for the second week three days after the points hit my account for week 1 offer.

I take some solance in the fact that I'm not the only one anxiously waiting at the baggage carousel!

I have emailed them twice now over QFF points not crediting for weeks 1 or 2. The first response stated that there was a technical glitch and the points would be credited 19-Feb. The second response states all points will be transferred today (22-Feb) and visible by tomorrow, Tuesday, 23/2/2016.

Interestingly they chose not to respond to my request for an escalation email for me to provide further feedback on this :evil:

Yes the glitch.. I think I got my second lot of points first, and it seems I'll now get the first lot tomorrow.

I was told I would get my second lot on the 19th and the first lot on the 21st. neither have appeared. I'll wait another couple of days and then call up again.

It would be enormously helpful if the EDR web site showed the QFF points earn in the activity statement (as it used to do). I would at least have confidence that the points were going to make it to my QFF account.
