Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

I bought a couple of things at WW today and can report that this time the running total DID appear on the bottom of my receipt, and am pleased to say that it has taken into account yesterday's shop as well, so that's a relief.
I did another small shop yesterday (Tuesday) and a big shop on Monday and neither showed a running total.

Off to WW this weekend to use my $40/get $10 offer. Will try to get as close to $40 as possible for fear of them raising the bar too high, as usual.

I called again today and was told, the points will show up in my activity statement tomorrow. Presumably, they will then transfer to QFF on Thursday as usual.

Called again today, since there was no sign of any points and was told it will now be Friday night.....

OK I now have 10 WW dollars. How do I get them into Qantas points?
The option to redeem $10ww for QFF points will not be available until mid year at the earliest according to earlier comms from woollies.

Still haven't got my points.
Hoping they will just appear without me chasing up.
Ho hum maybe I will have to contact them. sigh!

Sounds like they have a general issue posting the points.

I still don't understand why it's so difficult but that could possibly remain one of the mysteries of life.

From the conversations I have had with staff, it is the promotion where we had a choice of QFF points or WWRupiah and the issue are widespread with many customers not having received their points yet. Since this was the first of this type of offer, there were obviously some gremlins to be ironed out. Hopefully, it will be plain sailing in the future.

I'm still waiting for my points too, I was told to call back if they hadn't posted by Friday. They are still to address why activity is not showing in my account for a large shop I did at a Woolworths store, I have the receipt and clearly it shows my card number being scanned etc and rewards dollar total. The very annoying thing is it was the shop that finally got me to the elusive $10 woolworths rewards dollars (by my own shop not an offer) and because it didn't post Im now still 70 cents short!!

Took up my $40/earn $10 offer yesterday - spent $40.83 :) I went through self serve and received both a notification on the screen that I had $10 Rupiah to spend and on my docket it showed I had $10 Rupiah. Will try to combine these with another offer in future.

Still no QFF points offers, though.

MMMMM very embarrassed today!
So bloody confusing this stuff.....
The story goes I purchased the vodafone for free deal giving me $34.50 and checked my account, which required new password as new card had stuffed things up! Online chat actually worked!
Went into store and thought right I have $30 to spend rewards dollars.
Got the the till with my $14.50 of purchases and told I owed $4.50...WTF
As I questioned what the hell....and proceeded to return items to get to the $10 mark....a lady actually paid the 0.50cents probably to move things along.
Anyways went to customer service to clarify and only $10 lots come off at a time and swiping the card twice does not work.
So if I had spend $20 or $30 i would have been fine but not anything in between........grrrrr
Then a Woolies young bloke in tie tried to take over discussion with customer service and he was actually educated by customer service....HE nearly ended up on the floor after he tapped me on the shoulder saying "all good".....

Considering that performance of Australian Food and Liquor (comparable sales) were down 0.8% I think they should address more than just the ticketing issues!

Of course you are correct, and there were other things mentioned in the presentation, but the fact that the new Rupiah scheme has been a farce from day one made that particular bullet point stand out for me.

Like not paying that $10 million golden handshake to finally replaced former CEO Grant O'Brien?

Targeted Woolworths Rewards offers. How to get more Woolworths dollars.

And not only that, yesterday Coles announced food and liquor sales Growth of 6.0% !

Coles continue to capture more Custom from ex-Woolies loyalists, the proof is in the detail.

I thought they must have fixed this as all my dockets from this week (apart from the first one on Monday) have had the running total.
