Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

So it is a maximum value of $1 or 10% provided $10 or more is spent.

Looks like everyone in the family will be buying very close to (but not under $10 of FV if quality and prices warrant).

Curiously enough, a quick flick through Dec qtr receipts makes confusing picture. It looks as if my previous pesos on my account were zeroed out in late Nov/early Dec with balance at 1.64. No discount recieved on any bill.

Oh for a 2-3 hour window to go through them and spreadsheet it against QFF points activity as well.

I suspect EDR/WWR has not paid out millions of QFF points. Makes me wonder if it is a deliberate strategy.

I am still 37 QF points short for transactions made on Dec 29. Not sure it is worth my time to chase up. I tend to favour incompetence over a deliberate strategy but the net result is probably the same. I think crediting WOW management with being able to follow a deliberate strategy is being far too generous.

The fruit and vegetable offer is a general offer but reminder emails are being sent out to some members. The two family cards which have been used for fruit and veg since the new program started got the reminder email. The two family cards which have only been used for tiny purchases and haven't purchased fruit and veg didn't get an email. I'm wondering whether this is the pattern with other members.

LOL. Mum, wife and myself received emails regarding general fruit and vegetable offer available to everyone.

Dad and brother still haven't received anything this year.

We don't have a general offer thread for Woolworths Rewards at the moment so I'm going to put a catalogue offer here. If Woolworths Rewards decide to have ongoing general offers I'll start up a thread.

In the catalogue starting March 2 there is a Woolworths Dollars promotion. Spend $10 on Fruit and Vegetables in one transaction and receive $1 in Woolworths Dollars. This works out to around a 10% discount but of course you have to have $10 in Woolworths dollars in order to redeem them.

The promotion at this stage goes from March 2 to March 22.

My gut feeling is that they will make this an ongoing offer but this is only my speculation. I don't have any inside knowledge.

I got this today as a targetted offer. Absolutely laughable. We no longer buy fruit and veg at Woolies.

So after 2 weeks of getting $15 for $70 spend it is now another $15 but for $75 spend plus of course the extra WW peso if $10 of that is on fruit and veggies.
I prefer these offers instead of QFF points-20% discount definitely worth more than the QFF points to me.

I've only got the F&V offer. I don't really buy much at WW in that department, maybe a few apples or some potatoes. Won't be used by me.

Called again today, since there was no sign of any points and was told it will now be Wednesday night.....

The wait continues!

Partial success. One weeks worth of points are showing up in my WWR account as transferred to QFF and indeed they are in my QFF account. What about the other week though?

Goes off to call WWR..... again..... sigh....

Yah, finally got my first weeks offer of 2150 QFF points today

Good. I suspect they did a batch process last night.

I called up and the second week of points have been manually added to WWR account and will process across to QFF in 7 days.

That said, I still don't see these points in the 'earned' column of my WWR activity statement. There is just the line saying 'transferred to QFF'.

Well, I met the spend target for Weeks 1 and 2, which supposedly triggers "Bonus Week" commencing today (with the extra WW$) - just did a shop at Woolworths, no running total on the receipt for the spend target (which has previously appeared on all receipts except the first very shop I did in Week 1), in fact no mention whatsoever of the Bonus Week at all, which makes me a bit nervous. Wonder if it actually has been triggered or whether this will be another "technical glitch"?

I'm in the same position, although have yet to do any shopping this week. I suspect I won't hit the required spend this week, which will be a shame since the Rupiah rewards are doubled up to WWR50.

Did a quick shop this afternoon, and at the bottom of my receipt there was, in order:

Save $5 on your shop next week - Spent $50 in one shop between Monday and Sunday next week and scan your card to instantly save $5.
Last Chance! Save $5 on your shop next week - Spent $50 in one shop between Monday and Sunday next week and scan your card to instantly save $5.
You can still instantly save $5, just spend $50 in one shop by this Sunday

Bought $84 worth of groceries today, and got 3x$5 off (ie $15 total) to pay $69. On the reeipt there were 2x "Congratulations you've saved $5 - Your offer has been extended. Spend $50 in one shop between Monday and Sunday next week and scan your card to instantly save $5." and 1x "Congratulations you've saved $5" with a WW rewards card above it.

So I'm guessing if I spend $50 next week I'll still get at least 2x$5 off.

I have experienced the same communications blackout since receiving conformation on my docket of my second weeks spend.

With double earn in the final week, you would have thought that WW would be spruiking big time but not a word. I will most likely hit the spend target tomorrow and if I do not receive any conformation on the docket I would say that there is a glitch in the WW system.

At least I can see all of my spend on the WW website, so claiming retrospectively will be a little easier than scanning dockets etc.

I would say it was coincidence, but 55 minutes after my post above I received an email from WW stating that I had qualified for the double earn bonus week and all is good.

I've had the same email this morning. I would have expected them to send it Monday morning though.
