Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

I was told I would get my second lot on the 19th and the first lot on the 21st. neither have appeared. I'll wait another couple of days and then call up again.

It would be enormously helpful if the EDR web site showed the QFF points earn in the activity statement (as it used to do). I would at least have confidence that the points were going to make it to my QFF account.

Mine show up in the 'Earned' column.

I got reminder emails about our two family offers for this week. I just did the $30 shop to earn another $5 WWD and I'll be doing the $50 shop later in the week to get the $10 WWD.

I got a reminder email this morning for Week 1 of our offer (spend $85 for 15 WW$) - had to drop into Woolies on the way home anyway, so did a small shop, but noticed there's no "reducing total" on the bottom of the receipt as there has been in the last two offers I've had (i.e. "you still need to spend $XX.XX to reach your spend total of $XX for this week) which is annoying, as it's been a handy way to keep track.

The offers issued last week have the condition that the target must be reached in one transaction in order to get the Woolworths Dollars. Check the fine print on your email just to make sure that this was the case.

I just remembered there were actually two types of offers issued last week. One type had a two week cycle and the other had a possible third week offer if you completed the first two. I haven't read the terms and conditions on the second type of offer so you may still be in luck. Let me know what you find out when you check the email.

No, mine's definitely multiple transactions - from the original email:

  1. Spend $85* to earn $15 bonus Woolworths Dollars. Your spend doesn't need to be in a single shop – just spend $85* throughout the week and remember to scan your card.

and the Ts & Cs from the original email and today's reminder email confirm it:

"Spend at least $85 in one or more transactions at Woolworths Supermarkets (excluding Tasmania) during Week 1 or Week 2 of the promotion and scan your registered Woolworths Rewards card at the checkout to earn $15 Woolworths Dollars".

Yes, mine's the "bonus third week" offer for completing the spend in Weeks 1 and 2.

Thanks for the clarification. I can't explain why you're not getting the running total. Good luck getting the bonus.

Yes, will see what happens. I've obviously definitely activated the offer as I received the reminder email today. Better make sure I keep all the receipts ...

May be a third then. As one of my two offers has the third week if EITHER Wk1 or 2 is achieved and double the Wk3 bonus if both Wk 1 and 2 are achieved.

I only see WWRupiah in that column (apart from old pre-31st December QFF points).

My ww razoos also post in that column. If your expected QFF points from an offer of QFF points or ww razoos aren't showing there is a problem and you will need to contact edr.

FWIW I've only had one point or ww razoos offer this year, however based on what we normally spend this was a better offer than the old 'spend $60 for 250 bonus points' etc

I called again today and was told, the points will show up in my activity statement tomorrow. Presumably, they will then transfer to QFF on Thursday as usual.

I bought a couple of things at WW today and can report that this time the running total DID appear on the bottom of my receipt, and am pleased to say that it has taken into account yesterday's shop as well, so that's a relief.

OK I now have 10 WW dollars. How do I get them into Qantas points?

Take the $10 in cash (or equivalent). At least WW do not charge a massive 'surcharge' to redeem it due to something that may have been expensive a few years ago...

Ouch I thought I could fly high with 870 Qantas points for that $10 of Woolworths dollars. Anyway thanks for breaking the news Dr Ralph and Pleb Status. Lucky I have been working with ANZ for Qantas points that will finish on Feb 26th.
