I got in before they changed the Ts&Cs, not sure if that makes a difference.

Applied at about lunch hours Feb 8, and yesterday's statement was showing Gold, logged into Etihad website, status is "Matching Gold".
Wondering how long the validity will be.

I was matched earlier this year, and my card shows validity until 3/2015.

I thought you got matched in august last year, normally its balance of the year, one full year then expiry 1st April following year?

That shows how time flies. It was Sept last year! :shock:

So that means another year for the current batch - noice.
