EY Gold Status match

Have I missed the boat or are they still running this?

Recently got strung along by Gulf Air, now I'll need something in GO to get a status match by airberlin.

EDIT: bah...yes I've missed the boat.

Has anyone else simply received no reply to this?
I applied on 22 February including a scan of my Platinum QFF card and activity statement.
I have received no reply whatsoever.

Same here. Sent my QF Platinum card on Feb 21 and have received no acknowledgement whatsoever. I think maybe its because its not a gold card, which is what the promotion specifically stated.
 
I emailed a scan of my platinum card and latest statement late Feb, and received confirmation of status match several weeks ago, sorry can't give you exact date. Had a few issues with them incorrectly entering my DOB info so was unable to set up online access, but they were great to deal with and all systems go quite promptly thereafter. Quite impressed with their customer service.

Any word on the cards coming out? The initial email said it was valid for entry until May 31st by which time the cards will have arrived but haven't heard anything since.
 
Yep hopefully I will have the cards soon as I will be travelling in early September :)
 
No EY card here yet either, the AB Topbonus ones were sent out within a few weeks of the status match being granted
 
My understanding was that they were awaiting a new card design which was expected by end of May... I will post again once I return back home as to the exact wording or as to maybe its arrival whilst I've been away ;-). Otherwise I'm sure a quick phone call will sort it out.

For those wanting further info, the social media team will only generate an email telling you i) the offer is closed because they don't understand that already applied or ii) that they are still working on it (despite how many months its been and how many emails you send).
