He was seated in 1A, I was in 2A, his bodyguard was keeping watch in 2C.

Neale Daniher and Bill Shorten both on the same VA flight from Brisbane to Melbourne last week. Neale right behind me, Bill a few seats ahead in 1A. People were flocking to the great man (Daniher) before and after the flight to shake his hand and get a selfie, including Shorten, to his credit.
