Should point out Sophie and Anthony weren't together , Sophie, nanny and bub appear to have been met at the SYD baggage carousel by some sort of minder wearing a blazer with the Commonwealth logo on it
 
So its true, shadow ministers have a Commonwealth funded shadow!

Simo, I knew she was a pollie, but even I had to check her profile. So you're not bad for not knowing her from Adam.

Richard Wilkins spotted me on my flight to LHR last week. Fortunately he did not hassle me, I give short shrift to autograph and souvenir hunters when I am flying.:p

(I have no idea who Richard Wilkins is, but one or two others were nudging each other, whispering his name and pointing at him.)

Last week at LAX in the F check in line was David Duchovny from the X Files. We had a chat in the elevator up to the Admirals Club about him loosing his wallet! His "helper" had it with her.
About 5 years ago, also at LAX we went up in the elevator with Piers Brosnan. He didn't ask for my autograph, so I didn't ask for his!
In another life about 1976 on a trip from Perth to JNB in F, I had Joe cougher sitting behind me. All he did was drink and smoke!!!
 
I dunno what has and hasn't been said, so not going to go through the whole 50+ pages to see.

I have the advantage of travelling with my boss who's a CL so I see quite a celebs (depending on your definition of celeb) in their:
  • Lady Gaga in BNE
  • Most of the Federal Cabinet in MEL (Swan, Macklin, Shorten, Combet, et al)
  • Ricky Ponting in MEL
  • Peter Garret in SYD (I know he's covered above, but special mention cos he was a rockstar)
  • Most of the Premiers and Chief Ministers of Australian Governments around most airports
  • Mark Taylor in MEL
  • Gail Kelly (Westpac CEO) in SYD
Thats about all I can remember, most times i'm in the offices catching up on work, so don't really look around till I venture out for food.
