Famous people seen (or even met) whilst flying or lounging

Maybe Neil should check his QF points balance in case Mr 2B tries to thieve 100K out of his account by guessing his pin number.

Shall we start a guessing game? Will it be rock (7625) or pool (7665)?

I once saw Bobby Au-Yueng checking in for a CX flight from HKG-SIN. I don't expect that name to mean anything to anyone here, but in Hong Kong he's a very famous and well liked actor. Also I saw Emma Thompson at the golden lounge in KUL.

Seen various MP's on QF flights.

Is Bob Carr in the US? Someone who looked very like him just strode past me towards the bathroom in the TBIT OW F lounge. And QF12 was called just prior. Waiting for him to come back to re-appraise. :)

He didn't come back. Seems like there is an exit to the J lounge there...is this a quicker way to the gates (in particular 123)?

Edit: I note from his blog that he met with Hillary Clinton in Washington on April 24, so I guess it was him.

Justin Langer in the TBIT One World F Lounge. He's with some younger guys wearing the same suit so perhaps a development team heading back from the Carribean?

Also I'm pretty sire that Sacha Baren Cohen was also here. A guy who looked a lot like him was escorted by a host possibly to QF12.

It could have been that Ali G guy, too. He looks rather similar. So does that Bruno guy. And that Borat guy. And that General Aladeen, guy (although he probably wouldn't be at TBIT, or in LOTFAP at all, I suppose).

Lisa Wilkinson's husband in a look at me red bandana, this morning in the SYD FLounge.

Does he count as "famous"?

Judging from this photo this morning I'd say you were correct. Do you have to be in First Class to have a host escort you to the plane or do VIPs get an escort in J? Are the pj's in the photo or F or J pj's?

Ask DrRon after his shared trip to the Antarctic:D

In the 3 weeks we were on the boat I never saw him without the red bandana - I hope he has several - I cant imagine him washing and ironing it each night

I personally have never paid that much attention to mine :)

They have the new logo.

Aah yes, I just looked closely at the Dictator's PJs.

Maybe he actually flew F, but had those PJs onboard with him already kitted out with the epaulettes and medals? :)

A real dictator would've flown in on private jet paid for by the state...
