I realise that 'coach' is YankSpeak for economy but what do they categorise as 'Premium Coach' on domestic flights given that QF doesn't have Y+ on domestic flights? If you booked QF 'Coach' for 25,000 and QF 'Premium Coach' for 30,000 what extra would get apart from a 10,000 mile debit on your account?
