Farewell QF 81/82 run SYD-ADL-SYD [Sat 13 -Sun 14 April]

All the best Chinese restaurants I have been to have not had service thats up to western standards, because they are not western restaurants, with the emphasis on the food, not the service or even the decor.

I have upped the booking to 30 pax.

The restaurant can seat a maximum of 55, and if we choose to book the whole restaurant, then there is a minimum charge of $4000 (food, drinks etc). If we get to 40+ people then it may be worth considering, but not at this stage.

It would be foolish to book the whole venue for the night, even if there was 55 of us :shock: simply if we had enough numbers to fill the place up then the process would be to split the AFF group into several "public" bookings, this way you could book out the whole place without such a silly minimum charge, it would then be up to them to kick us out once they realise we had the whole place for less than half their minimum charge...!

They possibly don't realise how clever us AFF folk are
