Checked in to the Hilton Adelaide, Exec Room 18th floor.

Settling into the lounge now before room service for dinner (and the ESS vs FRE match on tv) then an early start tomorrow morning.

My day is falling nicely into place . Car rego inspection done , just completed OLCI for QF81 , Seq 14 , 31A . About to have some lunch before thinking about heading into the city for the pre QF81 drinks at the Glenmore. Should be in the city around 4pm

Funnily enough I had a car rego inspection done today, but seems I need 4 new tyres before it would pass. On a Kluger that's $$$

Just been trying to OLCO - we are in 5J & 5K, and only my Boarding Pass will print out... QF are working it out now

Sequence # 66 for me... not sure of Mrs Paddy's.

A lovely evening was had.

While I doubt Jessica and co staying at the Hilton made it back before the executive lounge closed, after a quick 8 minute trip home I am now comfortably sitting on the couch enjoying a glass of 2011 GSM waiting for my washing to finish.

Sue came home from hospital this morning and now OK other than being very washed out. She has two days to recover before we head to Melbourne enroute Singapore.

Singapore on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, Hanoi on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights then back to Singapore for Sunday night. (So no we won't be there on Friday)

Best wishes to Mrs straitman on a speedy recovery.

Our thoughts are with you.
