Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

What's Flybuys contact email for missing points? I'm also missing Flybuys points for the Medibank signup more than 6 months ago and for some CRMC purchases.

I've used:

[email protected]

And also contacted them via PM on Facebook at other times.

So tempted... but I've been working so hard to reduce my average spend at coles...

And me!

After the last prepaid mastercard deal of 1000 bonus points for every $100 card, my spend went from $50 to $80 to activate offers to more than $300. As a result I haven't been to Coles for more than 4 weeks and I plan not to go until earl 2017.

I too received this same offer a few moments ago, and I had to read the T&C twice after coming across " All Gift cards" in the subject line.

Which I interpret as including Jetstar Giftcards..... lol.

Although in all seriousness as this promotion appears to include the standard Coles gift cards, it could mean some serious triple & quadruple dipping of flybys points, particularly with all the current bonus point promotions at Coles supermarkets. (Ie 3 points per $ on the GC itself, plus the standard 1 point per dollar spent at Coles supermarkets, plus 500 bonus points per $xx_ spent on the bottom of receipts that I've seen this week AND the Christmas coupon bonus point offers. )

Hello Woolworths, can you beat this ?

Well surely with a screenshot of this offer, we can purchase CGM gift cards and then get them to credit the 3x Flybuys points when the time comes?

Agree. But be expected to fight for it. Flybuys don't like crediting bonus points until you pester them.

Hmm in Nov, they credited SC for GC purchases... Just got credited SC for Nov spend, and it seems they have fixed it?

I got the gift card offer as well.

The last time they ran this promotion it also included Coles group cards. There were no base points credited of course but the bonus points credited a couple of days after the transaction and the full triple points value got credited. I bought three $200 gift cards and got 600 points credited for each card.

Back when they ran the promotion last time I used one $200 card to purchase a couple of grocery items and the next $200 gift card. Rinse and repeat for the third card. The current Coles system won't allow this now. The payment system won't allow one Coles group card to be purchased by either an egiftcard or a plastic Coles card.

I can't see the point of taking up the offer. I can get 5% discounted Coles cards most of the time so I don't need to buy them at 1.5% discount (triple points conversion). If I could stack the 2 discounts it would be good but as far as I know we can't do this any more.

Great info rainbowgirl
Thanks

Has anyone gotten their 2000 bonus points from the First Choice Click and Collect offer from the start of November? The offer stated points would be credited within 4 weeks of offer ending and if memory serves right that one offer ended approx 1/11 or 2/11

I received my 2k bonus points yesterday for the 1st Choice Liquor click and collect promo

Still waiting on my GC bonus points though...

Same same.

I will add that the additional points for First Choice are showing in my total but not listed in the individual entries.

I've been doing some thinking about the gift card offer and I might take it up in a small way. I usually give a few Coles Group cards at Christmas so I'll buy them during the promotion and take up the offer. It means a 1.5% discount on the purchase where otherwise there wouldn't have been any discount.

I am really tired to deal with Flybuys customer service (via "custcare@salmat" email or 131116). I think Flybuys and First Choice Liquor are now just cheating the customers. They never look into my inquiry regarding the missing points (2000 points C&C + 1000 points for spending $90) and just give me standard replies saying they are overwhelmed with email and asked me to call the service centre. Then service centre just asked me to send email to custcare again.

How could Dr Ralph get your 2000 bonus points?

They also said that the transaction date for the second offer (spending $90 to get 1000 points) only consider the delivery date, not the order date. It's so ridiculous!

I'm not far from giving up on Flybuys. There are just too many other schemes where you can get rewarded with less effort.

95% of the time Flybuys has a bonus deal they fail to deliver and I have to spend time contacting them and chasing it up. It's just not good enough. Now when I see a deal the first thought is that I'll never see those points without significant effort so it's very likely not worth my time.

They did pay the points for my First Choice spends after I harassed them on Facebook. They are still yet to pay the ten's of thousands of points I am owed from the pre paid mastercard deal. I've told them I expect compensation because they have not awarded them within the stated time period.

PS. I found it curious on the Flybuys Facebook page that a lot of people have reported similar problems with different bonus deals. Their standard response is that they take the awarding of bonus points offers seriously. Clearly that don't!

I got an email targeted offer today of 500 points for a $50 spend in one transaction. The offer runs from today until Sunday 18 December. This will work nicely with my weekly triple points coupon, hopefully a docket deal generated on Wednesday and the week 4 shop of my 4 week offer where I was going to spend $50 anyway.

I don't normally get email offers like this when there is a 4 week promotion going so this really is a bonus bonus offer. It has a Christmas logo saying Merry Christmas in my account so maybe flybuys are getting more generous with their Christmas offers.

There's nothing about not being allowed to stack offers so I should be able to stack things quite well.

received 500 points for $80 spend... on top of our 4 week $40 spend and the triple offer.
