Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

I got mine as well ($160/4 weeks for 15,000).
Probably a touch higher than I would have liked.

For those who have been in this situation before, have you activated it knowing you will miss out on achieving the offer, or did you let it expire without action?

I know with the previous round, Flybuys offered a 2 week challenge for those who did not make the 4 week one. I want to make sure I get the 2 week challenge instead, but will also spread some shopping to WW to try and lower my spend targets for future offers.

I always activate everything as soon as it arrives even when I'm unlikely to purchase or participate in case I change my mind. And recently each time I've missed week one of a 4 week challenge, there's immediately been a 2 week (or one off spend) following it.

Sounds good. I also have a triple points docket from Coles and the weekly triple points posted coupon to combine this first weeks shop with.
I also have the offer of "Spend $50 per week for 4 weeks for 10,000 points". Also have a separate email offer of 500 bonus points for a $50 spend.
And, like Dr Ralph, I have a triple points docket from Coles and a triple points posted coupon.

Am hoping the four offers will stack for the one $50 shop!

Ended up with the same. Stacking 4 offers is always welcome.

Chasing up more bonus points that haven’t posted. It’s almost becoming a regular occurrence over the last month or so.

I can usually predict when my surveys from Coles are going to arrive. I wish they'd pay more for them however.

As far as surveys go then IMHO C gets the prize for meanest pay. At their quoted value - 25 cents (especially with their desire for detailed responses for most questions) is bordering on work house wages!

Does anyone ever take up their offer to donate more of your time to answering another set of questions for free?

We've had a 9 week period where for all but one week the triple points docket offers AND the coupon triple points have not credited.

Now two email offers (spend $X once and get 1,000 points have not shown up either.

POOR FORM Coles!

Time to roll back your latest software enhancement!

Yes as I'm interested to see what they're interested in. The vast majority of the time it's not a product category I use so there's usually only one or two questions and then I'm screened out of further questions.

Zero problems for me, even with multiple email and docket offers. The flybuys rep is very helpful so try opening a dialogue with them.

Same here. In fact most are there the next day, if not the day after.
That is the odd aspect.

We have the receipts, the coupons all scan and show on the docket. The 4 wk offers have worked yet not most of the 3x ones.

I suspect the software upgrade being rolled out gradually across stores is the issue. So C are operating two different systems at the same time. Within those two systems there are multiple sub-systems (email offers, docket offers, coupon offers, GCs, eftpos, stock inventory, pricing etc etc).

If one 'flag' or variable has not been set correctly when the self-serve upgrade was done - then they won't work - plain and simple.

I have contacted FB and they say they're looking into it.

Bugger, I have to spend $70 per week for my 10,000 points

My offer was $140 per week for 4 weeks and thats a no. Im guessing the big spends ive been doing for my office has bumped up my data history so will shop at Woolies for a couple of weeks to bring it down.

Yes, I do the extra questions. Sometimes they are more interesting than the first set of questions. I've also signed up for more customer feedback but haven't had an invitation for Coles Circle yet.

I got invited to Coles Circle but it sounded like more effort than it was worth, and thought it was annoying that it doesn't just work off flybuys points.

But I am still curious to see what it looks like and whether it might actually be interesting (though I'm not sure how interested I can get about Coles supermarkets).

I was hoping they would reward you with extra flybuys points which I could add to my existing total and then use almost straight away.

I've been a member of Coles Circle since last year (from May, I think) and despite contributing regularly to the conversations, completing all activities etc, and earning the points from those to enter the monthly prize draws I've never won anything. Earning Flybuys points would certainly be a more useful "reward".
