Sounds like it is time for EACH member of the family to get one of those temporary new cards at the checkouts and farm the weekly email orders accordingly. $220 split 3 or 4 or 5 ways is quite fruitful!

All the adults (and extended family) have cards. I get a bit sucked in by the status credits though

They are quite good I'll admit.

Much better value than the spend $50k on Amex Velocity platinum cards and get 100 status credits - FB only requires $12,000 spend.

Back to the maths:

Say you manage each person's spend so they only spend around $40-50/week (have their cards with you when the big shop is done). That way all offers generally set around the $50-60 mark.

That way you can manage multiple spend $50/week for 4 weeks get 10,000 points. Say 2 or 3 at a time.

So vs spend $220/wk for 4 weeks get 10,000 points - you get 20,000 or 30,000.

Works for me!

Just got an email to link our ebay account for Flybuys. Is this new as Ive not seen this before.

Got this too. I think it's new, but not worth it as it's 1 point/$2. You get 1 point/$1 through VFF mall (and QF mall). Both malls usually do a 2 points/$1 around Christmas.

Yeah. I said to hubby I dont think it was worth it as its promo had redemption was for ebay vouchers for eligible items.

Well this is one I've never seen before. I'm guessing its because Christmas is around the corner?

A variation on the $X/3 weeks/10,000 points

Liquorland offer: $40 in one transaction/week for 3 weeks and get a $50 Liquorland gift card

Just checked my other card and that's a $45 spend instead

Coles: Spend $50 per week for 4 weeks for 10,000 points.

I saw this reported on OzBargain. From what I read the gift card wont be sent out until late January, assuming that you qualify.

Same offer here - have some shopping to do at Coles tomorrow, so there's Week 1's spend target!

Sounds good. I also have a triple points docket from Coles and the weekly triple points posted coupon to combine this first weeks shop with.

Thanks for reminding me, I've got a triple points docket voucher as well so must remember to use that - never get any posted coupons though, haven't done for years :( .

I've had this last 2 years. Takes a few weeks for the GC to come

I got mine as well ($160/4 weeks for 15,000).
Probably a touch higher than I would have liked.

For those who have been in this situation before, have you activated it knowing you will miss out on achieving the offer, or did you let it expire without action?

I know with the previous round, Flybuys offered a 2 week challenge for those who did not make the 4 week one. I want to make sure I get the 2 week challenge instead, but will also spread some shopping to WW to try and lower my spend targets for future offers.
