Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Just received a save 10 cents per litre on any petrol purchase at Shell Coles Express valid as many times as I like until Wed April 4. This just about brings petrol down to the normal price of everybody else.

Have received several of the same offer.

If only we lived nearer to the inner west of Sydney - best prices at the moment by a mile!

Interesting to see some petrol stations knock 10 cents per litre of their price for E94 after 9pm at least a few nights a week and then put the price back up after they close that night.

Took advantage of non-C 10cpl price to fill up at 115.9 on Wednesday for 120 litres and allow Amex with no surcharge. C was at 128.9 pre-discounts of 4 cpl, so at -14 it would just scrape in.

With C not allowing you to convert e-gcs to physical cards anymore - it has been a long time since they've had any business from us.

Finally received a triple points offer on my shopping docket today.

Certainly been a long time between drinks!

I am not sure what FB are up to with their other offers of 1,000 points for spending $X once over a particular 3 day period. Seems to be M-W frequently and recently added in the offer 2x per week with a Thursday to Sat version.

This is in addition to 4 wk 10,000 point offers and coupon 1,000 point offers.

I received the 50x points for bananas and 1000 bonus points for $50 spend in the next 3 days. Neither is likely to happen

Arrived home from Tassie yesterday so today an offer for 2000 bonus points for shopping at Coles Burnie.

Popped up on my offers tab on the FB website - 2000 points When you spend $100 or more in one transaction at Coles between Wednesday 4 and Friday 6th April.

Email arrived stating between Wednesday April 4 and Saturday April 7...
Clicking the activate link in the email takes me to the website and shows April 4-6

So what is the true offer date, 4-6 April as per the website or 4-7 April as per the email o_O

We're sorry about this; we had a technical issue that meant the information on our website and app was out of sync with the email dates. The offer is valid for the extended period - that is, 4-7 April.

100 bonus VFF points for every 2000 FB points transferred to VFF.

A rough calculation puts that at about 11.5% bonus. Think I'll hold out for the 15% bonus that pops up now and again.

Hi SydneySwan,

Simply transfer some or all of your flybuys points to Velocity before the end of April and you'll receive a 15% Velocity Points bonus on your first transfer!*

Your next holiday might only be around the corner!

I had the technical issue last week where the email offer was for a day longer than what was shown on the website and the app. I rang flybuys on the last day in the email offer and they said it was a known problem and I had to ring back after I completed my shopping with details and they would manually adjust.

This week I received an offer where email states Thu 5 Apr to Sat 7 Apr but website and app said Wed 4 Apr to Fri 6 Apr. The known problem of the previous week obviously was not fixed. I am not interested in offers where I have to "police" the dates etc and go through the hassle of ringing, waiting, explaining etc. Points may be valuable but so is my time.

The email I received for the current 2000 point for $60 spend offer actually stated April 5 to April 7 (and I now see that the web is April 4 to April 6).

I suppose I will still go through the manual process today as I need to stack it with the two week offer started previously in any case.
