Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

I received a targeted promotion spending 90$ or more at our local Coles store between 4 and 7 April for 2000 bonus flybuy points. The offer was activated well before shopping time and it was well over the spending target. but no bonus point. This has happened to me before, this time, i have retained a copy of the receipt and screen capture the activated offer.

I would be grateful if anyone can advise how to follow up with Flybuy about this.

Hi all, just want to update and correct the info. the 2000 points have landed in my account when i checked the statement. it just was not showing up at the end of the docket like most other bonuses.

With several shopping trips since the welcome news of triple points coming up on dockets - we've had differing outcomes.

One account gets it every time it buys something, the rest of our accounts do not get the offer.

Spend $110 a week for 4 weeks to get 10,000 points.
As I am heading over seas tomorrow until the end of the month I'll pass on the offer.
Hopefully the spend comes down by the time I get back.

I just got the $50 spend for 4 weeks for 10000 points. Hadn't had a 4 week spend offer for a while.

$70 per week for 4 weeks - 10,000 points.

Has taken a long time to come down from a $100 spend but still not going to happen.

Mine is $60 for 4 weeks for 10k points. This is despite not participating in either of the last 2 4 week offers which were also set at a weekly spend of $60. Disappointing.

Mines come down to $60 for the 4 week spend. They had got up to $80 for a few, but I stopped even trying with those.

Another 3 day offer of 2,000 bonus points for $60 spend.

Should have waited as the offer earlier this week was only 1,000 bonus points.

4 week offer's of $160 for 10,000 on one card and $140 for 20,000 on another.
20k seems quite generous.

edit: just received an additional offer of 1,500 points on top of the 20k offer to spend $140 in the next 4 days, easy points.

And another 4 day offer of 1,000 bonus points for $60 spend.

These are now offered twice a week.

And they've somehow managed to throw in a 4 week offer of spend $60/week for 10,000 bonus points.

And I have a triple points voucher until the 17th.
