Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Weird one, had a bunch of offers including spend and targeted products. I activated a few via the app and received the points for the targeted spend but not for the products I bought. Has anyone else had this problem?
I shopped yesterday, and activated the targeted offer of bonus points, and received both the targeted points and the spend points, and I used the app to do this for the first time. I was concerned I might have missed out as the activated offer doesn’t have a barcode like the paper offers, but they are linked, you only need to scan the app, which is great, so you should have got your spend points and the targeted points (if it was activated and your shop was done during the offer time frame)

Docket coupons are now available in the FB app, which is much easier to remember than the docket.
I use both the app and the paper coupons. Paper coupons kept on my fridge as a constant visual reminder of when/what the offers are, and the app for convenience, as I always have my phone on me.

And there's the 10c off fuel offer.

Bought 35L of fuel and got 14c off/litre. Then bought 2 x 20 Quilton toilet rolls for $20 and another 10c off/litre.

And Flybuys will credit my account 1,000 points for achieving $5 spend in store and 30L fuel purchase. So a total of $13.40 saved. Should have bought more fuel.

There's no mention one-time use only offer. Expires 7 August.

Another offer of 2000 bonus points for $140 spend.

Too high. There's a disconnect somewhere in their systems.

So, do I buy what's in the headline, or what's in the terms and conditions?

Confusing. Is it chicken kiev from the deli, or is it Coles Brand Chicken Portions with a Southern Style Crumb, Tomato & Mozzarella Kiev or Nashville style Hot Wings from the meat dept?

Into my 3rd week of $70x4 weeks for 10k points which is very easily achievable with 6 people in the house. Also copped the usual 30L fuel + $5 in-store purchase for 1000 points. Is it safe to assume I can use this type of offer multiple times if there is no mention of the offer only being available once? If so I could so easily collect ~15k points. Suppose I'll give it a go and see what comes though at the end of it.

We're sorry for the confusion. It's the RSPCA Approved Chicken Kiev from the Deli. The information in the fine print is incorrect. Apologies again.

Another 2000 bonus points for $140 spend.

Is anyone checking what I actually spend on groceries? Have gone from $60-$70/week to nothing.

Another 2000 bonus points for $150 spend.

How do they increase the spend target when you are spending $0 on groceries?

Collect 500 BONUS POINTS when you fill up 30L* or more of petrol using your Coles Mastercard® at Shell Coles Express!

Won't happen as BPMe offer on Amex is so much better.

looks like another 4 week for 10,000 points round kicking off next week. $60 for me this time which is achievable - plus can stack with those 2,000pt docket offers i have been getting....

I literally just received a 4 * $50 for 10000 points. This overlaps with 4 App Booster specials over the next for weeks of W1 $50 for 1000 points, W2 Triple point and W3 and W4 a copy of W1 and W2. So if I did the minimum shop each week it is $200 spend for 12300 points.
