Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

$50 x4 weeks for 10k here. I'm a basket shopper (single, no dependents) so it's quite easy to hit this. Last cycle was also $50, the one before was $40.

Stacking with a 2k for single $50 transaction offer. I'm also getting weekly offers for 500 points with $40 spend - these seem to only be available through the app.

I also have an offer for 3k bonus points for $100 spend online (first online shop only). I'm weary of doing this as it will probably trigger an increase in the 4 week offers. I tend to keep my basket close to the qualifying spend and not scan for other transactions during the week.

Targeted CMGC offer is back. Limited to 10 cards. Ends 4th September
Got this on 1 of my accounts.

Not sure I see the attraction. The bonus points awarded are offset by the $5 activation fee. So you're paying $100 for $100.

I copped the same promotion. Hard to see the value in it. Never paid attention but do you earn status credits with gift card purchases? I guess someone chasing the credits could grab 10 and use them for general spend.

I have not received sc for gc purchases but I have only ever bought one in a month so it is not always easy to tell.

And they've now added the sweetener of another 2,000 bonus points this weekend for $110 spend.

Too big a stretch for little reward.
Flybuys must have have poached some employees from Woolworths.

New offer is 2,000 bonus points for $120 spend. I have not spent anything at Coles and offers have gone from $100 to $110 and now $120 again.

I'll go and spend $10-$15. Don't think they'll get the hint.

Received a 10x points eBay offer. Stack that with a VFF mall purchase (and taking into account only transferring from FB to VFF during bonus 15% promos) and that's 6 VFF ponts/$.

First Choice offer

750 points for $40 spend plus a bonus 1000 points if spending $30 on wine.

1750 for $40. Not bad

...Not sure I see the attraction....
I'm guessing that's because you got rid of your Amexes. An extra 3 SQ points/$ over and above what you can get elsewhere is pretty good

Week 1 of 4 completed for 10k points. Stacked a bunch of docket and in-app coupons to cop an extra 10k points for ~$151 worth of groceries. Hoping for an ebay promo as well as I have a few things I need to purchase.

But you'd get the same points by spending directly at Coles and not needing to actually buy the gift cards?

They sent me a cheeky spend $100 for 2K bonus points earlier this week (but with a limited mid week date range)- their system would have known I've already met Week 1 on my $80/week for 4 offer

but I chose not to bite. Instead I did a $60 shop for work (staff amenities) and secured a "triple points offer" on the docket valid until 4 September (nicely falls within my Week 2 requirement). Love playing the game.

How are people using the Coles gift MasterCards to pay for rego, insurance, etc? I thought you need to pay the entire amount at once?
