Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Bonus offers from anyone other than Coles will generally take 4 weeks from the end of the offer to post. The issue with Liquorland offers is that they can be quite longdated (i.e booster offers), so can take a fair while to post.

I got a 4 x $100 spend per week for 10 000 points in single shop each week. Also a 4400 points from saturday to tuesday for $110 in single shop. Activated but big shop each week - we are good for big ticket items ie washing powder etc at the moment.

coughpy offers for several weeks so I didn't activate any offers and didn't shop with Coles at all.

This week this arrives

xx_xx_, collect 3,200 BONUS POINTS when you spend $80 at Coles!

Offer valid in store and for Coles online orders delivered between Sat 17 Nov and Tue 20 Nov 2018.
Offer only redeemable once.

Glad I didn't go for the spend $110 get 2,000 points expiring today... just got another email for spend $140 Sat–Tue and get 8,400 points. That's worthwhile! (Pity they're off by a day and don't stack though! :()

They gave me a 4 week by $160 for 20K bonus points, effective from today. Activated but let's see if I achieve.

Went shopping last night on the final day of a $160 for 2,500 offer which I piggybacked with some purchase offer (IIRC).

Have 10 other offers for products that I let expire.

Wife received a 4,200 bonus points offer for $70 spend this weekend to go on top of the 10,000 bonus points for $50 spend x 4 weeks.

Worth taking uo that offer? Think it will only increase spend targets.

Depends on how much the points mean to you. You'll spend $70+ for an immediate return of 4,200 points and be in the running for the remaining 20K bonus points. You can go back to spending $50 for the following 3 weeks. You may not get another short time period offer whilst in the middle of the 4 week one, so opportunity knocks but once.

Overall gives a return of 24,200 points for minimum spend of $220. Under 1c/point. Good value to me, but YMMV.

If the spend hurdle is higher after the completion of the 4 week offer is completed, either don't register for those subsequent offers, or register and don't buy. Bait them and switch to Woolies - whomever has the better deals.

We’ve mainly been getting Coles same day 1hr deliveries recently, the Coles MC means you get the whole $18 delivery rebated, and you can get that free $18 refunded if they miss the delivery window, as they did last week.

The offers keep coming at the moment.

We had 2500 for $190 and 2000 for $130 boosters this week.

I had a 20k for $200 4 week Xmas offer while my wife had 10k $110 for 4 weeks

Plus also 13,200 (!) booster if I spend $220 by Tuesday.

Has anyone done an online shop buying alcohol through the coles website and the purchase has activated the various booster and one off shop bonus point offers?

Stacking some offers I can get over 5000 points for $110 spend while taking up the 4*80 spend for 15000 points offer on another card.

Woolies has allowed alcohol to get me into the required spend so hoping coles is the same.

Good point. I decided against it as the girls are leaving Wednesday for 7 weeks and we're also looking to find a new place and I don't want to have too many products to move when we move.

I got $60 for 4 weeks for 10k points plus this week 1k points for a $50 shop.
Our groceries are relatively low, so I would struggle in finding $60 expenses for 4 weeks.

Last individual week offer was used and credited (2,500 for $150) and now onto my (Week 1 of 4) 20K offer. My wife loves the fact that I am doing the shopping (which she hates), buying what she wants (when she sends through the list) and that I am getting Velocity miles for us to use down the track (if I haven't used them for upgrades first).

Just transferred 32K over to Velocity with a 15% bonus.

A 20k offer. How did I miss that!

First Choice offer. 2000 points/$50 click and collect spend. I'll stack that with a 1000 points/$40 from the bonus coupon.

First thread so hopefully I've got this one right.

Coles has a 10,000 Flybuys bonus points up for grabs when you spend at least $180 every week up to Christmas and swipe your Flybuys card. This bonus alone (not counting the original points you'll earn depending on spend) equates to 4350 Velocity points, and assuming a 15% transfer bonus comes around every 6 months, this adds an extra 650 to make 5,000 points. I don't believe it's a targeted offer, and does need to be activated on the Flybuys website. Should be easily achievable for most families who are already shopping at Coles.

These four-week offers are generally targeted; Coles run them year round (10k points for $X/week spend over four weeks) but tend to go wide at this time of year to drive incremental spend. I completed five of these YTD.

I'm currently being offered the 10k points for $70/wk.

Collected ~13.7k worth or points from a $260 shop including the additional points on the Coles MC and also simultaneously completed week 1 of 4 for 10k points. Still hoping for a decent Black Friday deal or Christmas deal hopefully in partnership with Ebay!

Coles four week offers are generally targeted I currently got this
Spend 90$ in four weeks get 10000points

I got one more offer spend 130 in four days & receive 5200 points which was good

Yes, these are targeted... my offer is $70 x 4 weeks for 10,000 bonus points. These can be lucrative, but based on your previous spend. I won't take up my offer as usually a couple weeks after it expires they'll reduce the amount and re-send it. Mine is usually $50 or $60, so I'll wait until it comes back down.

It isn't difficult to earn ~80k flybuys points in a year by playing this game. See the flybuys forum for more details.
