Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Just received a $110 x 3 weeks earning total of 6,000 points (W1 1,000 / W2 2,000 / W3 3,000).

Much worse than the just completed $60 x 4 weeks for 10,000 points.

$60 on one account and $50 on the other for this 6,000pt offer mentioned above. Did week 1 on the $50 account today.

You might want to keep a watch on this, I just finished the same ofer. Got a reminder each week via email, offer status was printed onthe docket each time and 10,000 points after the final spend posted within 1 day.

Still nothing by Tuesday. I called up, guy said he could see it was valid and I'd done the spend so he'll make the adjustment so the points post.

I'll see how it goes.

Edit: Just checked the app and it posted.

That's would be a definite pass for me, having just completed a 10,000 bonus offer where the spend requirement was $100 per week over four weeks (not the most generous but something I could pull off).

Meanwhile, this weeks offer doesn't seem favourable:

Given I've got a 1-2-3 offer from Woolies (1000 bonus points for spending $30 in week 1, 2000 bonus points for spending $40 in week 2 and 3,000 bonus points for spending $50 in week 3), I think I'll pass on this.

So far all 'no go' offers following some 10K 4wk offers collected on last weekend.

Mind you, some 'free' products will be tested this weekend. Time to cross bread off the list.

I've a number of combinations of what @coyote25 posted above, mainly $50 spend but as high as $110 spend. Will do a few of these.

But what I'm really annoyed about is there has been an increasing frequency of points not to post. i.e used to be around 95% and the occasional outlier, but not it is closer to 60%. Calling up on the number is an hour plus wait which I don't have time for, but annoyingly, as they suggest - send to their email address [email protected]..............and I get a rejection mail saying their inbox is full??? @flybuys are you able to please assist.

Due to a lack of attention by (much chastised) partner - in the last 2 weeks of 10K offers - each a/c had a high $50s transaction.

Result: Both those a/cs 3 week offers now have $70 hurdles.

Next.

After not taking up a $110 offer and spending nothing at Coles they have come back with a $140 for 2,000 points offer!

I guess it’s good to have a laugh these days.

And now at $130 for 2,000 points offer. I’ve basically stopped major spends at Coles averaging $8-10 spends per visit but the targets refuse to drop. Almost think they have ‘enhanced’ the program.

Received a similar offer a few days ago. That's a hard pass for me.

Interestingly, the other day I received an invite to participate in a Flybuy's study (receiving 250 bonus points for answering it). Some of the questions on the survey lead me to believe that Flybuys realizes their offers aren't so hot:

And here were some of the questions that follow the example offers they showed:

Here's to hoping Flybuys comes to its senses and brings back those lucrative bonus offers on pet food and taco seasoning at Coles 😂

Currently we are 2000 points for $100 spend. We generally ignore these ones. When it drops to $70 spend we do 3-4 such shops but then it goes back to $130 for 2000 points.
