Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

New 4 week offer came through last night:

Choose between $120/wk = 10,000pts OR $170/wk = 20,000pts

Wont’t be taking this up.

Got a 4 weeker too.

Choose between $140/wk = 10,000pts OR $190/wk = 20,000pts

Littler too much & still finishing off an EDR offer.

Same offer for $190 x week x 4 weeks for 20000 points. Will not be taking this up. I received a great offer two weeks ago with spend $120 and get 4000 points and spend $120 and get 4800 - that overlapped one day. Did the shop for $220 and got 8800 points.

I got 4X$70 = 10k. It's been slowly creeping up. I'm not sure I'll take up their next offer if it gets higher than that

Time to switch back to EDR for a few weeks to allow the Flybuys algorithm to settle down a bit...

I got a 4x$90 for 10K, first time it has gone up for awhile, sat on $80 the last 4 offers.

Ive got 2 cards and usually get the 4 week spends on both cards which I complete on both.
This time, only came through on 1.
Odd but least the card it came on dropped $10 as I didn't do it last round ($60 for the next 4 weeks). The other one has been on $60 for the last 3 rounds of 4 week spends so hopefully me skipping this round and no using my card will drop it back to $50.

We just completed a 4x offer last week and neither of us got the new one. We would have missed out anyways as going away next month.

Not getting the four week offers recently.
Had two weeks in Tasmania with no Coles shopping.
Thought I'd be flooded with offers after the break but nothing useful.
Any way to kickstart these four week offers.

Maybe do a small shop or two (e.g. $30)? This will hopefully tease the algorithm with the prospect of doing a few $50 shops, if only the incentives are right...

(I sometimes find when I return from OS there's a lack of offers until I've shopped a couple of times.)

I did get a free sample of Nudie antioxidant juice yesterday though.

Did a few small shops, got nothing apart from bonus buy offers which I very rarely use.
Then had to do big Easter shop for $240.
Next day got single offer-spend $210 in next couple of days which couldn't do as fully stocked up. :(
Currently got 10X points on toilet paper :D

Options:
1) Close account and open a new one.
2) Don't use this card for a period of time (this could take months or years to work).
Well they're really helpful 🤣

I haven't been shopping at Coles last few months and offers have really dropped off... nothing to entice me back it seems! With the increased grocery prices you'd think they'd make more of an effort.
