I only used 2-3 of my coupons. EDR just gave me better offers this last couple of months.

I got my coupons today. Ten weeks of coupons plus a few random coupons. The weekly coupons are a combination of spend $60 for 500 bonus points and double points. The other coupons will vary from person to person. I got Coles coupons for Deli, biscuits, dental health and frozen goods. I got a Coles express offer for triple points on fuel which can be used multiple times during the promotion. I also got a triple points offer for kids clothing at Target. I should be able to use most of the coupons I've mentioned. I got a couple of random coupons I won't be using but I'm mostly happy with the ones I got.

I was a bit disappoined that they offered double points instead of triple points on some of the weeks. The last lot of coupons were 750 points for a $60 spend. The good news is that they didn't put up the target. The bad news is that they reduced the reward offered for all the coupons sent. I just don't feel rewarded enough for being a regular customer. There are much better coupons out there for those who dont shop at Coles on a regular basis.

They are just trying to invent you, the more you bite the smaller the bait, I got 750 for a $60 spend and triple points on other weeks.

Nice to know that some members still got triple points coupons. Maybe their's hope for us yet if I can convince them I'm not shopping at Coles.

My local Coles offers us coupons for $40 off for spend over $200 relatively frequently (at least a dozen times in the last year). That is easily the most generous offer I have seen. Not sure what we do to get it, but we aren't the only ones: i saw a woman at the checkout with a similar voucher...

They sound like very tempting offers. My offer was spend $50 for 12 cents fuel voucher, $60 for 14 cent fuel voucher and $70 for a 16 cent fuel voucher. I have a coupon for 500 points for spending $60 so I will take up the $60 fuel offer. I will also be stacking this with a targeted offer on nappies which gives me 500 bonus points for buying one packet only of Comfy Bot nappies for $12. I also have a docket deal for 125 points for spending $10 on fruit juice. The only thing I don't have this weekend is a triple points offer. So for a $60 transaction I will end up with 1185 flybuys points and a 14 cent per litre fuel voucher.

I've come across a problem with one of the coupons sent to me. I am wondering whether all the coupons that have this offer are wrong or whether it is just my coupon.

I have a coupon for Coles Express with the following offer, "Triple points when you buy any fuel at Shell Coles Express. You'll get triple points every time you buy fuel and scan this coupon. This is a multi-use coupon."

Unfortunately the instructions on the back to the Coles Express staff contradict the information on the front of the coupon. The last instruction to the Team Member says, "Destroy Coupon".

Further down the back of the coupon there in the terms and conditions it says, "Coupon may be redeemed multiple times over the offer period." Unfortunately I couldn't find this small print when I used the coupon today. I had a long discussion with the staff member who wanted to take the coupon and only gave it back reluctantly. He didn't believe there had been a misprint with the Team Member instructions. I am hoping he doesn't go back and alter the transaction later, removing the flybuys details.

It will be hard to track if the receipt details get altered. It is extremely difficult to reconcile Coles Express bonus points. They come up as Adjustments without a reference date on them . They also post in the wrong order sometimes and I think they've posted for the wrong amount as well.

Next time I use the coupon I will point out the tiny terms and conditions on the back and the front of the coupon. I hope I don't have this problem for the next month.

Mine is for 10x points on fuel spend at Coles Express. It is also multi use and also has step 5 for the team member instructions as "Destroy coupon". Hmm..

The "destroy coupon" instruction was included in error, and we're sorry for your inconvenience when you went to use it. Coles Express are aware of the issue and have been informing staff accordingly that the coupon can be used multiple times.

Flybuys are changing around the days for their targeted offers. They all seem to use the friday, saturday, sunday combination but other days have been added to them recently. The one I had this week went from Tuesday to Sunday.
$50 for 18 cent per litre voucher, $60 for 20 cents and $70 for 22 cents per litre. Thanks to the special on Up & Go 6 packs and Roast Lamb I ended up going shopping twice during the week. I got two 18 cent vouchers, used a couple of coupons and a docket deal. I'll keep my spending very low for the next couple of weeks so flybuys don't put the targets up too high.
