Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Flybuys have declared it to be paper coupon season again. More bits and pieces to be lost in bags, purses, wallets etc. More dates to keep track of. Paper coupons seem so old fashioned for flybuys now that they spent all that money on new cards which can store the type of coupons that have just been sent to me in the mail.

4 coupons for triple points at coles, 4 coupons for save $5 when spending over $110, 2 liquorland coupons.

I liked the coupons they sent me earlier this year better where the $5 trigger was at $100 and then $90. I won't be using all of the coupons as I can't justify that amount of spending at coles every week.

I have pretty much given up on Coles.
Even though I shop often and rarely break the $30.00 threshold with Woolies , I get something more useful than fly buys

Earn 500 BONUS POINTS when you spend over $40 in one transaction at Liquorland this Friday 27 July to Sunday 29 July 2012^.

This offer is valid on every purchase over $40 you make over the three days.

Coles obviously has no idea what my usual spend is. They think they can get me to spend $80 for a $5 discount when I rarely spend over $50. Tell 'em they're dreamin'!!

I get the feeling that the loyalty programs have no interest in the single household shopper. Shame, considering just how many of us are out there.

I think they've got their targetting wrong this time too. I hardly ever spend the $110 that they want me to spend. I usually only do it when I can get at least $10 off in bonuses.

Triple points offer for partner's card.
$5 coupon for me for spending over $110. Added with a Tell coles coupon ($5) and the my5 bonus I should be able to save about $12 all up. Might be able to use partners card if I need more than $110 in groceries.

ours have cranked up to $5 off for 150 spend!

Looks like Liquorland have heard BWS have stopped sending out bonus point offers and want me to do my booze spends at Liquorland.

Spend $40 or more at Liquorland and earn 500 BONUS POINTS or spend $50 or more to earn 1,000 BONUS POINTS.

Spend $60 or more at Coles to save either 12c, 14c or 16c on fuel at Coles Express^. Look at the image below to see the details, then hurry in to take advantage of this exclusive discount.

I got a fuel offer from flybuys. Spend $110 for 16 cents per litre fuel voucher, $120 for 18cents, $130 for 20 cents. I also have a triple points voucher for one shopping trip this weekend. Under normal circumstances I would only be making a small purchase this weekend but I have a dinner party this weekend and need a lot of fresh food plus one of my my5 large ticket items is on special so it's time to stock up. Now all I have to do is wait for the bottom of the petrol cycle again. I don't like the $130 qualifying spend so the next time I get a fuel offer I'm going to either ignore it or only go for the lowest value voucher. It's only a timing fluke that I can justify spending that much this weekend.

Partner's card just got a fuel offer. $40 for 12 cents, $50 for 14 cents, $60 for 16 cents. Decisions, decisions, decisions........
The most we've ever spent on partners card is $30.

Receive 500 BONUS POINTS^ on every purchase of 2 x 'Coca-Cola' 24 Can Pack Varieties for only $32.
For example, buy 4 and receive 1,000 BONUS POINTS, buy 6 and receive 1,500 BONUS POINTS!

Available from 09/08/12 - 12/08/12

Earn DOUBLE POINTS at Coles and Liquorland this weekend from Friday 17 August to Sunday 19 August 2012.*

My partner got the double points offer as well. I didn't, but I already have the $5 coupon already so I didn't expect anything else. After the big spend last weekend, I think we will ignore my $5 coupon for spending $100 and use my partners card for a small purchase. After all the triple points offers, double points just doesn't mean much to me.

I have been getting 2-3 offers per week.Latest is the double points + 8 cents per litre off if i spend $30.

Wow, that's an interesting offer oz_mark. I haven't seen many offers targeted to specific products at Coles. I usually buy a couple of coles bread packets each week. 250 flybuys to me would mean a $1.25 saving each loaf. The product, if I'm matching it correctly is $2.49 for the one I buy which means the points make it half price. I also have this product as one of the my5 products so when I do a large shop at Coles I get 10% off. I am curious. Is this one of your regular products or do you think Coles is trying to get you to try a new product?

It's these:

Bread is a frequent enough purchase, although my MyWay recommendations were for Wonder White! I guess they want me to change.
