This loyalty offer seems to be all over the place. Should have gone to the experts @trippin_the_rift
Happens a lot. We manage some really large brand names because they got burned hard doing status matching themselves.
The worst is when airlines think they're doing a good job, and yet could be doubling the effectiveness of all the right metrics by outsourcing.
Similar to as if airlines tried to create their own aeroplanes. Why bother? Just go to the folks who are experts.
