Definitely discuss that with them….you shouldn’t go backwards!!Well I’m not happy and will be making a call tomorrow. Seems I have been punished rather than rewarded.
My original review date was March 31st 2022 and I had already reached requalification back in August and had gifted a Platinum since and was well over half way to attempt another Platinum gift and with the flights I still have before the end of March I would have made it comfortably.
So with this “enhancement“ I have not only lost a month of my Platinum membership but have lost 620SC’s
Sounds like a simple computer applied change that needed oversight in your case.
