How has this person survived in Singapore until now?

I have no idea. He'd probably even struggle in Australia. It's part of the bargain for being in Singapore that you don't have as much freedom to do things that the government/other citizens don't like, as you do in perhaps Western Europe or the USA.

Although history is littered with governments saying opponents are psychiatrically unwell, I think the judge made a prudent call in this case.
This won't stop people with similar views (and little experience of people with psychosis) calling it out as a terrible injustice
The lawyer sounds an interesting character

I got a link to this very interesting article from a financial newsletter I get.The fellow is very good on the markets but is totally against lockdowns so finds some interesting bits of reading..This is an article by a fellow called Brett Sutton 20 years ago when he was a junior doctor at the NWRH,Tasmania on the subject of whether anaethetists should wear masks in theatres. In fact it made no difference to infection rates.

The studies they quoted did not give the results you would have thought.

Now this is a study on bacterial infections not viral. So not directly relevant to now.

Not really sure how relevant this study is. For modern theatres with laminar flow and other other precautions it may be but for the general public in public places with droplet and aerosol borne virus, the situation is quite different. Many studies show public use of masks can minimise aerosol and droplet spread of CV.

That article you link actually gives very little hard evidence and has obviously ignored studies that don't fit.The only large studies in preventing covid were the wearing of masks in the home to prevent transmission by those infected. Also a study of 10 patients showing prevention of transmission. All of the studies have no mention of variants so again you could say what relevance to the Sydney outbreak.

There is definitely a lot of evidence that those with covid should wear a mask so they don't transmit covid but very little evidence masks prevent the wearer getting covid.iIndeed I have previously linked studies from Denmark and Vietnam that show at best very minor reductions of covid.

And for NSW now the best place to wear masks would be inside the family home particularly in large families in the worst affected LGAs which of course isn't done with the mask mandate.

I have no trouble wearing a mask and it may have a minor benefit but believing they are a panacea is wrong.I have also talked about my work in a flu ward in 2017.Everyone on staff was very careful wearing PPE but with surgical masks changed basically after seeing each patient.I have also related how I picked up a viral respiratory tract viral infection, not flu, whilst wearing a mask religiously.Which is why I know wearing masks outside makes very little difference to my not getting Covid.

Yes this what happens when anyone challanges the corupt system but more and more are waking up and history will show this man was probably right all along and that the masses have been duped for century's past. The biggest criminal gangs (governments ) will have their just deserts soon enough. I dare say.

And Australia hits the overseas press again after a stupid local council incident.
Mmmm i wonder when the people will wake up to this BS.
Sheet, its taken quite awhile to reach close to 30% double dose Vaxxed many now not turning up to their appointments like 10,000 thats alot of cancellations . Maybe theres hope for Australia yet.
