Virgin appears to be getting flights away.

Jetstar is in a world of pain here. Can’t seem to get anything away. Might be an idea to get group IT functions more on the same page.

I reckon that Crowdstrike is running on the Navitaire backend servers which will break any airline.
 
$CRWD share price will be an interesting one to watch today, pre-open showing down 12.9% at the moment... Nasdaq opens in 4h 40min....

I think that's a bit mean. Considering other airlines are flying, I'm not sure it's black and white that it's an issue outside of the airlines control.

They appear to be one of the worst impacted companies in Australia. Not really seeing anyone else completely dead, most have some functioning available, be it reduced.

Some questions for the JQ IT Teams here. It’s clear they are not aligned with the group as other parts are now operating.

This may well be resolved by the courts. In the meantime, I’m reminded of that old saying about how if you can’t afford travel insurance, you can’t afford to fly.

Hoping, of course, that the travel insurance companies don’t find an excuse in the fine print to not pay up…

I have never purchased domestic travel insurance and I never intend to.

I consider it junk insurance.
